Such an awesome time and attraction right here in our own city. Bus is a modified school bus, for all Intensive purposes it's still a school bus just looks cooler. Comedian was funny and a fun time. Dr ver was great and safe. They provided IC and light beer which is iconic to the area. Definitely a must do if you are in town, either local OR from out of tahn. Lots of local trivia and bus takes you thru many neighborhoods.

We rode The Burgh Bus for a family friend's 65th birthday and had an absolute BLAST! Matt was an awesome host and it was the ultimate Pittsburgh experience. Highly recommend for locals and visitors!

Fun experience for a group of friends celebrating a birthday. Comedians made it entertaining and interactive. Parking at convention center on Penn ave was easy. Or better yet Uber! The bus stops once half way through the journey for a bathroom break. So pack a cooler and go!

The ONLY way to get to Star Lake. Picks you up at the lower lot of the Incline, drops you off at show. Picks you up afterward, drops you off at the same lot. Avoid ALL traffic. Reasonably priced, book in advance. Friendly folks riding, music turned up! Will DEF be utilizing this service again for future Star Lake shows.

So much fun! Whether you are a tourist or a yinzer this is a must. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and we were able to get a decent amount of tickets just a few days prior. It's BYOB which is amazing. They are sponsored by IC Light and they give you complimentary beers. My husband was beyond thrilled. The comedians were hilarious and entertaining, but the crowd on the bus was rowdy and it was difficult to hear them. They definitely need make a mid stop bathroom break!!! Drinking adults cannot hold their bladders. Worth every bit if $35 a ticket. We will for sure go again !

Had a blast on the Burgh bus' terrible tour with Matt Light. Fun and perfectly raunchy, our big group has a great time.

    A sad little bus ride.

During the planning process, their team seemed to be very thorough as they gathered information from me and our wedding day plans. I was expecting superior service. I am disappointed to say that I did not receive adequate service on the day of my wedding, and it caused my wedding ceremony to be delayed by 30 minutes. The charter was 30 minutes late picking up the first group from Hotel Monaco in downtown Pittsburgh - and in-turn was late for the second trip. The company made no efforts to alert me or my planner that they would be late. This delay affected all of the other time sensitive vendors. For example, the string quartet hired played through the 30 minute delay, but then was unable to stay for the entirety of cocktail hour that immediately followed the ceremony. When I brought my disappointment to the attention of the company - they blamed traffic and parking. However, there were three other charters (one other from ACE) waiting on the same street well before my charter was set to arrive. So one of their clients received adequate service and one did not - both paying the same amount of money for their service. I wish my charter had been on time so that he could have secured a spot like the other from ACE. The response from the company was that the lateness was beyond their control. While I understand that sometimes delays happen, they offered no apology or partial refund for inadequate service. Even with timestamped photos, the company tried to minimize the delay instead of taking responsibility. I would not recommend this company.

It comfortably fit all 35 of us with room to spare. Company was incredibly easy to work with. Mary Ann graciously accommodated all of our requests, responded promptly to all of my questions, and (unbeknownst to us) allowed our wedding crew to decorate the inside of the bus with streamers and balloons. This last bit was a total surprise for my husband and I. Getting on the bus for the first time that day, seeing all of my loved ones having fun, and realizing that they'd decorated is one of my favorite wedding day memories. Our driver (Alan) was friendly and professional and, considering how old the bus is and how bumpy Pittsburgh streets can be, the ride was very smooth and enjoyable. Guests absolutely loved the bus, and we were glad we didn't have to worry about our out-of-town guests having to navigate around Pittsburgh on their own on such an important day.
