We wanted to relocate an outlet out of the way of the fireplace work, add outlets above the mantle, above the upper cabinets, and under the sink, then remove the old under-cabinet light fixtures and prep the wiring for LED tape lights going in later. The above-cabinet outlets and routing wire from below the cabinets to above were the tricky part, and there were multiple ways to approach it. Some of them would have been easier on the installer and worse for our desired plans. Zac's quote reflected a total solution that got me everything I asked for rather than the shortcut. During the estimate he explained the options and the limitations honestly, and he never talked down to me even though what I wanted was more complicated and more expensive than a simple job. On the day of the work, he arrived in the middle of the scheduled window and immediately knocked out everything that required cutting power to parts of the house, which kept our disruption to a minimum. Some of the work required breaking through existing tile that's coming out later in the renovation anyway, and he did it carefully and quickly without any damage beyond what was necessary. The finished work is high quality and every area they worked in was left clean. The final invoice had zero surprises and was adjusted fairly as the project evolved, exactly as described during the quote. We will definitely be using Wellott Electric on future projects.

It turns out that I was chatting with the owner Joe. He came out and installed my 47 & 65 inch TVs super fast. I was honestly impressed with how quickly he got the job done. He ran out to the store, mid-installation, to get a bracket for sound bar I wanted installed as well. Joe, and his company do all kinds of stuff around the house.
