I had the card and everything…read more I came to my appointment and a lady at the desk told me that it was actually 30 minutes earlier. It was very frustrating to try and get my dog to and from her appointment. So to get there and be told that with no sympathy, helps the frustration along. She argued with me and asked if I had a chart. I replied with, "I'm not sure, but we've been seen by my other dog." It's like she didn't hear that portion and after many back-and-forths, she exclaimed, "Well why didn't you tell me that?" The attitude that was used with me was uncalled for as a customer. I left with an appointment for September for my second dog and cancelled my lab's appointment to go to another place. After coming in September, I was told that I was deactivated and not allowed to activate again. This place has very poor communication. Not only with their scheduling, but also with pretty big things like "deactivation." Regardless of the reasons for deactivating me, I should've at least been notified. Very poor business and I very much want to dissuade anyone from going here to treat their babies. There are many other doctors and nurses who will love your babies, but not these people. There are cold attitudes and robotic voices that are unneeded in a small town. If maybe one person could read this, maybe it could save someone from being offended or frustrated or treated rudely.

My cat had been a patient there since he was a kitten and back in March 2025 he had trouble breathing and instead of helping him to see what was wrong they said go to urgent care they are not equipped to help him. It says on their website that they help all animals in their care. That is a bold face lie. Do not bring your fur babies here!!!! If I could I would give this place a zero star review.

I had a 17 year-old cat that had to be euthanized in 2011 and an 18 year-old cat who needed the same last week. In both cases he was kind and patient while I agonized over the final decision. He always replied promptly and was willing to discuss at length all options, not to mention putting up with my indecisiveness. While staff come and go I can never recall any of them who were not friendly or insincere about their love for animals.

The staff was warm, caring, professional, as was Dr. Hollensworth, the veterinarian, who carefully explained our dog's conditions and prescribed medications post-op. Great experience for us, and great care for our dog. The bill was very reasonable, which we appreciate. Based on our experience today, and past experiences with two other pets, I highly recommend Springhill Animal Hospital and Dr. Hollensworth. Great experience!

I am ashamed that I have not posted this earlier and think of all the harm that has happened to other pets boarded there but my neighbor didn't follow through with the complaint to the veterinarian board. I asked for the pictures and her paperwork but she lost them. Back to what happened was their Dog Princess was a large dog and she must have been put in a little cage because on our return she had holes the size of a half dollar in both of her front elbows and at least 2 inches deep. That poor baby had been put in a cage that she couldn't stand up in and must have been on her elbows for the entire week. The knew they were wrong and didn't even make them pay for the week of boarding but didn't volunteer an explanation or to take care of her now with these two gaping sores. Needless to say we never took our dogs back to them and requested our files on our babies and they never went back either. This veterinarian shouldn't have a license to care for any animals. When they asked why I requested my files the only thing I could say is remember Princess and what you did to that poor baby. I wouldn't suggest your care to my worst enemy.
