Got us in quickly and resolved the issue. The medication needed for her ears was very reasonably priced.

I have been taking my dogs to this clinic and licensed veterinary hospital for over 25 years. While…read moreDr. Earl Smith was the owner, I brought my dogs to him for their care & surgeries. Since he retired, Dr. Brian Barron has taken over ownership of the clinic. I have found their vets. to be superior in all aspects of their care. Knowledge of current state and treatment of acute animal illnesses, as well as management of chronic conditions, e.g. My senior dog had severe arthritis in her spine. Dr. Barron, my vet, recommended weekly laser treatments to her back to reduce pain and inflammation. She responded very positively to the treatments. Dr. Barron heads the clinic, & has 2 Associate veterinarians that work with him. They are thorough in their examination of your pets, kind & considerate, explain steps of the treatment plan to you clearly, are not rushed when they are examining your pet, & honest in their responses to your questions. Office staff are polite, friendly, professional, and efficient. They clinic moved to its current location late last year. The new clinic on Kanis Rd is bigger & more spacious than previous location. Has a large waiting room for patients, has more exam rooms, and plenty of free parking. Clinic offers boarding and grooming. It may cost slightly more than other clinics, but the confidence and trust you feel in the care of your pet is worth the expense

Dr Baron has a wonderful practice at SRVC. The DVM's, technicians, and assistants are the best…read more Even the front office staff is pleasant and professional, and they know me and my dog by name when we arrive. Nice facility, too.

We took our 9 year old Pitbull up to the Sheridan clinic on a Tue. afternoon. He was lethargic, had…read morestarted not eating or wanting to get up and go outside. He had just started being like this that day that we took him. They kept him in the veterinarian hospital until Friday afternoon. His blood platelets were real low all of his other blood work was coming up normal. They did more blood work the morning that we brought him home. They sent home 75 days worth of antibiotics and other medications for him to take over $200 worth of medication they sent home with us. He died before I could get him to even take one pill. They told us to bring him back I a week to let them check on him. They knew when the sent all that medicine home with us that they would not let us return any of it. Since they did more blood work that morning they should have known how sick he was. I couldn't even get him to swallow water when he came home. We spent almost $900.00at the vet that week, with a little over $200 being medicine for him. I was extremely upset when my dog died, of course. They under no circumstances should have sent that much medicine home with us. We were supposed to come back in a week, that how much medicine they should have given us, not 75 days worth. I feel like they did that just to make the money off of us! They didn't even bother to call us at anytime afterwards to check on him. This clinic used to be a good vets office. We have used it for years. The previous vet sold the clinic to Providence, and since then it has changed for the worst. I would not recommend them to anyone. I feel like they are only doing what they do for the money, not to help the animals
