The staff was warm, caring, professional, as was Dr. Hollensworth, the veterinarian, who carefully explained our dog's conditions and prescribed medications post-op. Great experience for us, and great care for our dog. The bill was very reasonable, which we appreciate. Becca works miracles because we were questioning whether we needed to get rid of our dog before a baby was born. He had horrible door, leash, food, play manners. When on a leash, he would bark excessively and pull you aggressively to get to them if one of our family members got far away. He would steal food from our children or anything left out on the table. He was aggressive towards people coming into our house and would even bark at kids. Now he is a well mannered, obedient and confident dog. He has been such a joy to have with us and we can now take him anywhere we go! Over a year ago, my family members even told us we were not allowed to bring him any longer when we visited because of how he acted. Now they are excited to have him come visit too!
