By the following Tuesday she was gone. The entire office staff has changed from long term employees to new young, rude front office staff. There are currently 3 veterinarians - the two owners and a third. Number 3 vet doesn't communicate at all. Doesn't explain things, everything is through the tech or front office. My cat is quite ill and I'm working with a specialty clinic. Getting Waggin Wheel to send them any information is like pulling teeth. I request it, they request it and perhaps finally it is sent. I can't as the pet owner request that necessary tests be performed, it has to come from the speciality vet, then it takes forever. Love Rebecca Bilby, but the constant turnover, quality of the ever changing other vets and rude office staff have me saying good bye as fast as possible.

And I then to see my dog he commanded that I apologize to his rude employees as a tech lied about my actions to the owner and then said being an employee she taking care of her coworkers. I have owned two restaurants in the village and this place has gotten to big for their britches. Pride has a very hard fall. Let me add to this. Never have I gotten a phone call back. So I finally got a hold of someone last week and she said I was late for her shots and I replied, I called and left messages and you never ever call me back. And she said well you should have made the follow up appointment before you left the first visit. As she stumbled for her words. What?! I thought that was their job. Owners you need to to put a camera up and record your front staff and your employees should never be correcting and protecting their coworkers, because they are not in management. A ton of dogs, in good health, and with a pair of cool little outdoor areas where the dogs are walked during the day, and where folks looking to adopt can go outside with them. They even have personality profiles for the animals, whether or not they're "good with" other dogs, cats, children. They have little personality tag-lines too like "playful" or "calm." We're looking at possibly adopting a companion for our dog, and I think there's a good chance that if we did decide to go for it, this is the first place we would come back to.

He had just started being like this that day that we took him. They kept him in the veterinarian hospital until Friday afternoon. His blood platelets were real low all of his other blood work was coming up normal. They did more blood work the morning that we brought him home. They sent home 75 days worth of antibiotics and other medications for him to take over $200 worth of medication they sent home with us. He died before I could get him to even take one pill. They told us to bring him back I a week to let them check on him. They knew when the sent all that medicine home with us that they would not let us return any of it. Since they did more blood work that morning they should have known how sick he was. I couldn't even get him to swallow water when he came home. We spent almost $900.00at the vet that week, with a little over $200 being medicine for him. I was extremely upset when my dog died, of course. They under no circumstances should have sent that much medicine home with us. We were supposed to come back in a week, that how much medicine they should have given us, not 75 days worth. I feel like they did that just to make the money off of us! They didn't even bother to call us at anytime afterwards to check on him. This clinic used to be a good vets office. We have used it for years. The previous vet sold the clinic to Providence, and since then it has changed for the worst. I would not recommend them to anyone. I feel like they are only doing what they do for the money, not to help the animals
