Best customer service ever! Mar replied to me immediately, had the easiest drop off at a local UPS during covid, clear and detailed with the placement and font of my embroidery and with the fastest turnaround time! She even hand delivered it to me downtown. Thank you SO much, Mar! I am so impressed and grateful. read more

I needed to have some shirts embroidered that I own. I messaged Marlene on Yelp for a quote, and received a fair priced quote the next day. I dropped off the shirts I needed, and heard back from Marlene a couple of hours later. The next day, I made my payment online and Marlene even dropped the items off at my residence. Fast, reliable service and the product came out great. read more

Mar is the absolute sweetest and tries her best to make everything as easy for you as possible. She also makes sure to get everything right and will embroider whatever you need. I got my scrub top embroidered so I could wear it for school and she made it look identical to my school scrubs. If you go to Depaul and want to add your logo to your own scrub top, I highly recommend versatile images! She even offered to drop it off once she was done with it! read more

It's hard to understate how incredible Versatile Images and Marlene, who I believe is the owner, were in my recent experience. I ordered customized onesies through an online site for our 6-week-old twins, who are in the NICU, to surprise my wife on her birthday. Shortly after noon, the day before her birthday, RushOrderTees.com informed me that I wouldn't be getting the onesies in time despite paying an exorbitant amount for the fastest shipping. I frantically searched online for a provider that could still make my surprise work, and though I resigned myself to failure I happened across Versatile Images, a local company. As I browsed the site, a chat box came up asking if I needed help. I explained the situation and Marlene immediately said "call me," which I did. She quickly told me to send her the design and other information via email, explained that she was on her way in as we spoke, and stated that she was going to have the warehouse pull the onesies so she could get them created ASAP. Within a couple of hours, she texted me that she was finished and she PERSONALLY delivered the items to the UPS store for pickup (on a Friday) since their office wouldn't be open when I got off of work. She kindly did not even charge me for the rush order or for her effort, which was truly above and beyond, telling me only to pay it forward. The onesies were absolutely perfect - the right size, high quality material, incredibly well printed, and they did the ultimate job - my wife was floored and my kids looked adorable. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this company; Marlene was incredibly accommodating and kind, the materials and printing were top-notch, the price was very reasonable, and the customer service cannot be beat. I highly recommend Versatile Images to anyone that needs customized items in the future. Thank you again Marlene! read more

I called a a couple time and was never able to get through. I used the Request a Quote feature on Yelp to describe my need (expecting a quote back) and the response I received was "Sorry, I'm booked for this time." Made no sense-I never asked about booking or for a time, date, anything. The request was a for a quote, and there was absolutely no reference to anything I put in the request. Sure, I got a response which I suppose beefs you their "response rate", but the response was useless and made no sense. Don't offer the feature if it's not going to be used for the intended purposes. Opted to go with another company. read more

Came across this company due to a last minute work project that required custom shirts. I reached out to multiple vendors who all said that my order was too last minute or my quantity was too small. I got lucky because Versatile Images saved the day. Marlene was quick to respond and she explored every detail to ensure our product reflected our vision. I recommend utilizing this company if you want quality products and amazing customer service! read more

First time using a printing company & I am very much pleased with the products I ordered. Although the shirts had some defects Marlene immediately took them back and replaced them. If I could leave 10 stars I would. Versatile Images was prompt in responding to my Yelp inquiry, gave me an excellent price, has high quality items, and super fast service. I requested some special things, a flag with my logo and a few shirts and everything was don't promptly and professional with proofs sent prior to creation. We easily went back and forth electronically and made some minor adjustments and everything was ready and even in a cute bag w my logo on it after only 24 hours :) read more

I cannot express how much I would recommend Versatile Images. I emailed on a Thursday afternoon to get a dozen koozies made for a 40th birthday/going away party that I was leaving at 3 am Friday to attend on the east coast. Marlene not only helped me design it, she also worked on it after hours AND delivered it to my home because the store had already closed. At a time where customer service doesn't always mean much, Marlene and Versatile Images is the very definition of above and beyond. Everything about this experience was amazing. I would recommend Versatile Images to anyone looking for quality work and over-the-top customer service. read more

A friend of mine and I were in dire need of printed t-shirts for a special occasion. We provided the image, quantity and sizes on January 16th they were ready by January 17th (less than 24 hours after we placed our order). Given the short notice we were impressed by the response, more impressed by the price (a great price for such short notice $20 a piece) and can we just say the quality! The quality of the t-shirts.....not cheap by any means. This will be our go-to place going forward, no more shopping somewhere else. Who knew a local Chicago business with this kind of quality and care existed. I highly recommend this place. PS.......this business has so much more to offer! read more
