They offered me fresh coffee and made friendly small talk that instantly put me at ease.  Both Sherri and Jarod took a genuine interest in why I was there and made me feel very comfortable. The salon was clean, and beautifully designed. The atmosphere is relaxing and professional at the same time. Yanira was absolutely fantastic. She listened attentively to what I wanted, offered expert advice that improved my ideas, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. I'm writing to formally express my serious concerns regarding the wig I purchased from you at Versachi Studios. What was presented as a fully custom, premium-quality piece--sized, fitted, and designed specifically for me--was not what I received. At no time did you measure my head, and from the beginning, the wig never fit properly. I now believe it was originally customized for someone else and resold to me under false pretenses. You never disclosed that the wig had a medical / wig-tech. I did not request this, nor was I informed of it during our consultation or sale. I only learned this detail after having it evaluated by another wig professional. You also told me the cap was adjustable--it is not. This was another clear misrepresentation. When I raised concerns about the fit, you blamed the shape of my head and my hairline instead of acknowledging that the cap construction itself was inappropriate for my needs. In addition, the wig had a bald spot, you did while removing hair because it was to dense and you consistently claimed it was "fine." It later unraveled and required factory repair--something you expected me to pay $600.00 for out of pocket, for a mistake you made. I was told I was purchasing a custom wig in a custom color, but I have since confirmed through your own text messages that this was a stock wig in a stock color. Later, your son Jared altered the color without my consent, completely changing the look from the light blonde I requested to dark brown and black streaks. That unauthorized change ruined the visual integrity and wearability of the wig. You recently stated that you've been "nothing but forthright" and that you and Jared "did the best you could." But I was never told that "your best effort" was what I was paying $4,000 for. I did not ask for anything out of the ordinary. At this price, the expectation is not effort--it's quality, precision, and professionalism. In total, I've spent over $6,000 beyond the purchase--on travel, styling, and failed attempts to make the wig wearable. I've only worn it about 12 times. It is now completely unusable. Not to mention becasue the cap did not fit and my hair had to show I had what hair I had highlighted and Jared turned it completely orange. When I asked him and sent him a picture of it, his response was I don't know why it is orange. Really? This experience has caused me significant emotional stress, financial loss, and ongoing anxiety--particularly hard as I manage a chronic health condition. Please also be aware that I have retained photographs, text messages, and audio recordings that document the full scope of this experience. If you are who your website says you are you would provide me with a wig that fits and is the original color I purchased. If you are vulnerable and dealing with an illness I highly recommend you go somewhere else or take someone with you. read more

Fakes as business owners and operators. Never will I patronize that joke of a business. I spent a over 2000.00 for a wig because of my extreme hair loss. I was satisfied but went back..to.get the wig washed and that's went I. Noticed that they had switched it out The color was jet black and extremely straight hair. Each and every time I've received feed back and had a game plan on how to get my hair the way I dream! It's close to my puppy's doctors office and one day I up and decided I wanted to cut my hair and I called and asked if there was availability and was told I could walk in at that moment and so I did and I was taken care of and the lady that took care of me was the best! Found my forever stylist! Not only is Kelly E an amazing hair and wig artist, she's also a great listener, and strives to give the customer exactly what they are looking for. Responses and requests for appointments are answered right away. The salon is clean, friendly (if you're lucky, you will meet the sweetest shop dog), and comfortable. I wish they offered other salon services on the premise, but I understand the other focus of this business is much more humble. I don't believe you can tip on your card, so make sure to bring enough cash for the excellent service! read more

I recently moved to the area and researched salons to find a new stylist. Versacchi's had very good reviews, and in my experience they are well-deserved. Jarod took the time to listen and discuss what would work best for my very fine, thin hair. He gave me the excellent cut I needed and was super sweet in the process. I also enjoyed the the private room and elegant surroundings, as well as the lovely hair products which I plan to go back and buy! My hair has never been so smooth, soft and shiny. I've been going to Versacchi for five or six years. I'm so glad I found them. One of their specialties is thinning hair. After visiting a dermatologist and primary care for physician who were unable and uninterested to help I found Versacchi. My hair continues to thin, but a great hair cut can make the situation so much easier to live with. I have only been unhappy once. It was an easy fix and Sherrie took care of it right away. I usually see Sherrie for hair, but I have been to Perrie for waxing. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. It is expensive, but so worth it! read more
