He was charming and funny and sensitive to my aunt. He escorted her into a private room and talked with her about lifestyle, expectations and the different options that were available to her. At the end of the day, she selected a human hair wig. It was more natural looking and it didn't feel hot and itchy on her head. She ordered it and we waited for her fitting. The day arrived and she was very anxious. We arrived and again we were escorted into a private room with a stylist. The wig looked a little odd when my aunt first put it on. But after cutting and combing and styling she looked amazing. She was so happy! And it looked so natural I would have never known it was a wig. He then stopped communicating with me and never completed my third-session...not fulfilling his services. Nothing upsets me more than being ghosted and my money stolen. Overall, based on my personal experience, I don't recommend him. Look for artists who showcase professionalism and not broadcast how much bling they have on the Internet. That said, once I got past the front desk, my experience completely changed. The PA and the technician in the back were absolutely wonderful--kind, friendly, and professional. They took the time to listen, made me feel at ease, and provided great care. It's unfortunate that the first point of contact left such a negative impression, because the clinical staff truly deserve recognition for the positive experience they provide. I hope management takes a closer look at the front desk experience, because it doesn't reflect the level of care happening behind the scenes.
