Tonya is very efficient. I'm ALWAYS out of here in less than 2 hours which is major! She doesn't overbook and leave you in the waiting for hours. She's very knowledgeable about hair and won't let you get certain services until your hair is ready for it. Tonya is also very friendly and personable. Moni, her assistant, is the sweetest. She's very thorough and thoughtful when washing my hair. She pays attention to your hair and scalp and uses the appropriate products for your specific needs. The shop is a very clean and comfortable place. They have beverages and snacks available. Parking is also easy. I recommend this salon to anyone looking.

The facility is in a building that appears to have been a house at one time, but it was cozy. I had to go upstairs for my haircut. For those that may have problems with stairs, they may have rooms downstairs on the main floor. My simple man's haircut was $30 alone. Gratuity is typically 20% so by the time I got a simple haircut it cost me $36. Gratuity must be paid in cash or Venmo. You may use credit cards for the actual service. After further review of my haircut, I noticed that I had a "shelf" where it should've been tapered smoothly. I was able to fix it myself at home. I have been to a smaller barber shop in the area that cost with gratuity only $20. I will likely go back to that barber shop. I cannot attest to how well The Salon on Main performs female hairstyles.
