Unfortunately, Ayana gave me the worst customer service I have ever received from a salon. After…read morebeing offered a natural hair press and trim package for $80, her stylist failed to trim my hair for whatever reason and, 2 1/2 hrs later asked if I needed my hair trimmed. I told her, at this point I have no time to stay because of prior engagements. I was not informed until my hair was done that this was my stylist's first day. Therefore she was still in training. My curls fell flat and frizzy the next morning. I sent pictures and expressed to the business owner, Ayana, that I am willing to pay for a trim but I need my hair complimentary curled. Ayana constantly disregarded the fact that her stylist failed to trim my hair and blamed me for not correcting her stylist. As a customer I should not have to check the stylist during her every move. Ayana knew exactly what services I needed that day and failed to check her own stylist who really needed to be checked because it was her first day. ***************************************** In response to your comment: As you can see Ayana, no one would wish this style on anyone. I never refused a trim. I had no time after 2 1/2 hours to stay and get my hair trimmed which was the agreement in the beginning. My job as a customer is to sit and look pretty as my stylist makes my hair flawless. Your job is to check your stylists to see if they are completing the job they were assigned to do. I don't blame Ebony, I blame you for not knowing what was going on in your salon one seat over from your chair. You offered me a $45 dollar trim package (wash, trim, and style) via email after I complained. Then told me over the phone that you don't do complimentary styles. My question Ayana is, "Who offers a $45 trim package to a customer who just got her hair washed?" I just need a trim and re style. You know that. Plus if you always had this $45 trim package that included everything I needed, why would you offer me a natural hair press for $65 and a $15 trim? Sounds like a scam to me. I offered to pay $15 for the trim which was what you told me the price was the day I came in, however you told me that you never sell services in isolation. Therefore, I would have to pay for the $45 package. You sound ridiculous and I don't have to prove it with my words, I'm using yours. "Most would have reminded/clarified that they indeed wanted their hair cut prior to completion." Well I hate to tell you that I'm not everyone. Never was I interrupted during my texting and asked if I still needed a trim. ***************************************** Update from your response: My picture represents the reason why you should accept my payment of my trim only and add a complimentary curl and style. You have already gone back and forth with me. A simple apology would have sufficed. I know you won't respond after this post. Hopefully your future customers will receive the correct styles excellence service that you are working on.

I just wanted a buzz cut with scissors to blend in on top and she did just that. Then gave me a great shampoo as requested.
