Don`t let the elegant appearance fool you, the quality of kitchen faucets is poor. Stick to the flooring, and anything that has no moving parts. I bought a Como brand kitchen faucet and paid $150.00 for it, thinking it would be good quality. Looks are deceiving, and the price led me to believe that I was buying a good quality faucet but I was wrong. It was easy to install, it looks beautiful, but you only have 2 choices of water temperature.... scalding hot or freezing cold. There is no way to moderate the water temperature. It`s almost impossible to get a balanced warm temperature. I am either scalding my hands, or freezing them. The faucet is complete garbage, and now I have to buy a new faucet because I didn`t return it, so that`s on me. However, I thought I would get used to the horrible temperature settings after a few weeks, but alas, I was incorrect in my assumption. I will now go to Home Depot and get a Kohler or Moen.

I picked this place based on the good reviews on google map. It's great that some people have had…read moregood experiences with them but mine was different: Our project was to remove water-damaged flooring and install new double-glued down hardwood in a two-bedroom condo apartment. The contractor they sent to complete the job was horrible. The final flooring that he rushed to deliver has so many bumps, gaps and glue marks everywhere. Of course, I contacted the company to see if the fix them. The owner, Aftab, showed up at our apartment himself. At first, he denied the bumps and glue marks but then agreed to fix one bump only. He left a glue remover and filler for us to remove glue marks and fill the gaps ourselves (how professional!) The area that they fixed became even worse than before. They visited two more times but couldn't make it any better. The last contractor told me that the first installer haven't done a good job leveling the concrete under. As a matter of fact, he had used a scraper to remove the old flooring and damaged the concrete and instead of using a self-lever before installing new flooring, he used cement to patch the damaged spots. Anyhow, we never paid the remaining 10% set aside for satisfaction but the damage to our apartment is well beyond that. We need to re-do the whole thing. I'm going to follow up the case in Ontario's small claim court and I know it is going to take a lot of my time but that's the path I have chosen. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them, if you can. Or if you want to work with them, ask them to show you our apartment on Bayview and Sheppard (St. Gabriel Village buildings). You're always welcome to my home to see it for yourself.

I do not recommend this store. I've made multiple purchases from A-OK Bathroom and Tile, and…read moreunfortunately, each experience has led to disappointment. It began with bathroom faucets that started leaking shortly after installation due to faulty cartridges. Most recently, I purchased a modern thermostatic shower system, which arrived missing a crucial support bracket. Even more concerning, the cartridge inside the system is also defective--hot water stops after about 15 minutes and doesn't return. Communicating with the store has been extremely difficult. There also seems to be a lack of product knowledge--staff were unfamiliar with what a cartridge was or how to replace one. I eventually had to find a photo online just to explain what I was referring to. After that, I was told a replacement would be ordered from their supplier and to follow up in a couple of weeks. When I followed up (both by phone and text), I was told the store owner would come to my home to inspect the issue--despite not being a licensed plumber. That visit never happened. I was then asked to visit the store in person, where I was offered a replacement shower system that I had already seen lying around the store weeks prior. It had no packaging and visible scratches, yet I was told it was brand new. After driving twice from Pickering to Markham, I was still left without the missing support bracket. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was eventually told the part was no longer available--even though the same shower system is still being sold in-store. This business has been unreliable, unhelpful, and difficult to work with. The customer service is lacking, and the quality of products is questionable. It was pricey to have the shower unit installed by a contractor and now, I will have to pay hundreds more to have a plumber install the replacement, which I'm not certain if it will work any better than the first. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for bathroom fixtures and supplies.

I took it out on a washer dryer combination and when i asked about the protection plan I was told - Just make one phone call and someone will be out straight away to repair the item if they cannot then they will completely replace the machine for me know questions asked! This could not be further from the truth as its been weeks now and I still have not had anyone come out to even look at the machine! Apparently I now have to find a local repair company myself, pay for the repair myself and submit the bill to them for reimbursement I hope. They even asked me if I would like my returned payment to be in the form of a home depot gift card!!! Unbelievable!!

When we contacted the company, they sent us to their warehouse saying that they will polish it. My contractor brought it to the warehouse and they refused to polish it. They just rubbed some Vim to erase the marks. So at first the company said that it would be polished, then they called back and retracted by saying it does not come polished. They made no apologies of their failure to inspect the product before releasing it. However, the more frustrating part was the fact that the woman (Markham location) was extremely rude, unapologetic while talking over me. She actually blamed me for calling them "months" later (in fact, it had been exactly 3 weeks; my contractor picked up the countertop). I asked to speak to the manager and she said no, because they were in China. She was accusatory, uncompromising, and just plain rude. Beware, the price might be right but the quality and service is not at par.
