The Tile store is conveniently located 6mins off the highway with parking available in front of the showroom. My husband and I were just browsing for some tiles to do a small project for our powder room before the lockdown. The selection of tiles in store are massive, it has many unique style to choose from. We are new to DYI tiling, thanks to their wonderful staff, We were helped by a very knowledgeable gentleman named Chad, he spent time To help us understand the difference between the types tiles, horizontal VS vertical layout, colour coordination and calculate # of boxes required. Certainly a beautiful outcome, completed both our powder room and coffee station, we highly recommend to shop there for all of your tiles needs. read more

Lots of selection, but all over the place unlabelled on whether ceramic or porcelain, etc. Zero service, possibly this is a self serve place, but for the price per square feet, where is the service ....I rather go to Olympia Tiles for similar pricing. If you don't mind zero service, go to the Chinese cash only places, fraction of their price. Saw decent reviews on google review, so drove all the way there and with Eglinton forever under construction, wasted time. read more

Great selection of tiles but the worst customer service ever. We ordered tiles in May, told they would be in stock in June. Our contractor went to pick up our tiles and the shower tiles were missing. They don't answer their phone, and when they do they say they will call you back. They don't. And it's now several weeks later and we have no idea when we will get our bathroom finished. The floor tiles have been stuck "in customs" for weeks. No accountability- they don't even suggest alternatives or apologize. No updates at all, even though we end each call with them committing to calling the next day with an update. Never got a single call. They don't care about customer experience. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. read more

We went on a Saturday, and the service was very slow (we waited close to an hour to place our order, which we slected on our own). But, the majority of the stock is available either immediately, or in a couple of days, which isn't as common as one might expect/hope. I didn't love the place, but I'll probably go there again the next time I buy tiles. read more

Yuppie tile store. Ridiculously overpriced tiles, disinterested staff and pretty weak layout. Anyone dumb enough to pay $8-12/sq-ft for a porcelain tile deserves to get ripped off. A slick website brought me in, but the prices sent me running for the door. Most places you can get the same tiles at 1/2 the price. read more
