They were too big so then she brought out 8s and same thing 7 1/2 were slightly better just in case she brought out 7s. They were too tight so I went with 7 1/2... the thing that I liked about it was that she was always by my side and asking questions. I would definitely go back to that store. The only thing I did not like is that she never mentioned the price.

We walked in on a Saturday morning and while there were a couple of parties ahead of us, we were still seen in a timely manner without having an appointment. While we waited for our turn, we browsed around the store with its decent collection of clothes, gear, and some nutrition. They also had some shoes on sale displayed outside. Michelle helped both of us and we had a fantastic experience with her. She truly took the time to help us out and she really seemed knowledgeable given her experience at the store and with all things running. I appreciated how she reiterated not to compare others' reviews because it's different for each person. She first evaluated what type of other exercises we do and our "level" of running and we went from there. Overall, we tried about 4-5 different pairs, each time giving us an opportunity to run on the side walk to assess the feel. I even went back out multiple times trying out a different shoe in each foot. I was between 2 pairs of shoes and Michelle advised me to think it over and to not rush the decision which I truly appreciated! My husband found the one that he liked and upon a quick price check online, it seemed Milestone had comparable prices so he bought his that day. I highly recommend Milestone Running!

He watched me walk, listened to what I was looking for, and brought out a ton of different shoes for me to try until we found the right pair. What really stood out to me, though, was the atmosphere of the store. While I was there, community members kept coming in and out, and every interaction was so warm and kind. You can tell this is the kind of local business that has genuinely built relationships with the people who shop there, and it made the whole experience feel really special. I've literally been telling everyone I talk to how great my experience was. And the icing on the cake? The shoes I ended up with feel like I'm walking on clouds!
