I've been here before for other "eye care", and have received excellent care. We don't get our glasses here. Their frames are a bit pricey for our taste. If you're into fancy name brands, you'll be happy. But they don't look down on me for taking that business elsewhere, which is nice. The online appointment system is messed up. For one thing, you feel like you're going to grab a time slot, but it really wants you to pick the best 3 slots for you, and they'll get back to you. I did that, but when they got back to me, they didn't have anything for a few weeks after what I had selected. They told me that the online booking system was inaccurate - they should probably just ditch that and put up a phone number (or, better yet, fix it). That all being said, I'll still get my eye care here - but they could improve some things.

Ended up being there for three hours and never got glasses. Waited over an hour and a half after his scheduled appointment time to see the eye doctor. Once he finally got his exam, it took them another half hour to print the prescription. The store wasn't busy (only one other customer there) but nobody would assist us with purchasing glasses. The eye doctor was very rude and did not even acknowledge or apologize for making us wait so long. He stood in the store and chatted with another customer for two hours while we waited for someone to help us. Very rude staff, be prepared to wait at least three hours to get glasses even if you have your prescription and insurance ready to go. Go anywhere else in Madison.

He provided great dental counseling, and went above and beyond to ensure patient's comfort during the procedure. His assistant, Bree (I hope I spell it right), was also really nice. I was greeted with a big smile, and had a nice conversation with her. She also checked a couple times to make sure that I was comfortable during the procedure. The office staff also provided excellent customer service. They were friendly and professional! They made sure that I understand the details of current and upcoming dental services, helped with scheduling future visits and other administrative needs. Overall, my experience at First Choice Dental Verona was excellent. Their personalized service gave the professional and comfort vibe. Highly recommend First Choice Dental Verona to potential patients!

Dr. Kaveh and the entire team are incredibly personable--we've trusted them through some of our biggest life milestones, from whitening our teeth for our wedding to receiving prenatal dental care and now navigating parenthood. At my most recent cleaning, I had to bring our two-month-old daughter with me. She was extremely fussy, and I was feeling overwhelmed. Trish, Dr. Kaveh's wife and an amazing hygienist, stepped in without hesitation--holding and feeding our baby a bottle so I could make it through my appointment. Her kindness made my mom guilt melt away and helped me feel so cared for. We're so grateful for the compassionate, family-oriented care we've always received. Madison Smile Solutions is truly the best.

But Dr. Kaveh blew my mind today. I was in a bike accident a few days ago and smashed up my face pretty badly (in the hospital for a couple of days). He and his team saw me as soon as I got out, and they were so much gentler than the dentist at the hospital as they inspected and did X-rays. They also set me up with an oral surgeon. THEN Dr. Kaveh met me at the oral surgeon's office to make sure everything went smoothly, and I'm so glad he did because although the surgeon did a good job, he didn't know me and wasn't as good at answering my questions as Dr. Kaveh was. ALSO Dr. Kaveh then met me back at home and helped me get my retainer in, which I was scared to do and it did hurt going in but it has made my mouth feel so much better since. Every office visit has been smooth, friendly, efficient, clean, high tech, and helpful but this was seriously beyond 5 stars. Cannot recommend enough!!!
