It was actually pretty organized and everything was presented well. When we got outside, to actually shop for what we came for, there were endless amounts of sections and row of flowers. Just beautiful! We were looking for plants on my front patio, which gets full sun. When we were just walking around, an employee asked if we needed his assistance and he helped us find the perfect plants for my house. Checkout seemed chaotic, but it went pretty fast. The line was backed up into the plant section, and we were worried that it would take years to checkout, but to our surprise, very fast! Then things went down hill. He said sorry I forgot my tape measure I have to come back and measure. A week later, after we called, he showed up and measured the beds for the plan. A week after that still no plan or bid. We emailed a request for a status update and were told sorry he has been busy and and now he has COVID. A asked when we could expect a bid and was told, we have "no time frame as of right now". That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. So close to month has gone by and we have never gotten anything from them. Not even an email status update unless we contact them. I get it, they don't want the job. So just call and tell us that. Ive actually driven by it many times, so I was aware of their existence and location. The staffers were very friendly, easygoing and professional. I described what I needed, and provided special ribbon to include in the design. There was a phone call to remind me that the arrangement was ready, and that the florist closed early on Saturday (very much appreciated this reminder). At pick-up, I was helped immediately. When the designer of the arrangement pulled my order from the cooler, I was speechless about how perfect it was: the specific measurements were correct, the ribbon I requested to include was used perfectly, it had a wonderful unique and asymmetrical design, and the assortment of white flowers was beautiful. And there were A-LOT of flowers. I was expecting tons of green filler, but the green was just an accent. This was for a very special occasion, so I gave them a budget of $80. Yeah - paying THAT much for something that's just gonna whither away? Yeah - I get it. But in the end, I was SO HAPPY, as were the others at this event. This is my go-to florist from now on.
