I use to have to buy them about once a year when I bought the cheaper ones. But the trash can liners are weird sized and I've been buying them here and they cost about 37¢ a piece. So as I hurriedly thought of gift ideas and got ideas from my loved ones, I knew BB&B would be the place to go! I grabbed my gallon sized bag of coupons, took a deeeeeep breath, and headed out the door. I expected a disheveled store as it was toward the end of the day, but i was very impressed with the order and cleanliness of the store. I quickly found what i was looking for, in fact, a little too quickly.... sooooo... that meant i I had some time to look around for more things. I love the section of china and fine dining. They have everything from Kate Spade to Spode to Lennox to many other desirable goods. The staff made sure to let me know they were there for any questions or needed assistance. I found a couple of items that I had been searching for at other big box stores and could not find, and decided I should head out before I shopped only for me! When i walked in, the check out line was wrapped around a corner, but they made some additional counters available, and by the time I was ready, there were only two customers ahead of me. You never know what sort of mood a store employee will be in during the Christmas rush, but the man who worked my transaction was so friendly, pleasant, and had a conversation with me as I paid. He could ave just done the job and let me be, but he individualized our conversation. Oh, and coupons, you can still use as many as you want. So my bag got a little lighter that trip, though I'm sure in the next weeks, I'll receive more to replace them and add them to my stash!

In February we assembled the cabinets with little trouble, but had one cabinet that the front was damaged, we had another cabinet with a damaged part, one cabinet with the wrong part altogether, and of the 45 knobs and pull we received 11 of them are wrong style. I contacted my local store via email and she forwarded it to their corporate headquarters, supposedly, but really to an automated call center, who proceeded to send me a frequent automated emails to say they were working on my case. So then, I've started calling them, first I dealt with whomever they gave me to speak with, but that hasn't gotten me any further. I have repeatedly insisted that I speak to a supervisor, but they refuse. Finally, two months later I'm still waiting and my kitchen cabinet installers who I've had scheduled for months were only able to install half my cabinets. So it will be and extra cost for me to have them come out again... if I ever get the parts I need. BUYER BEWARE!

I was just looking over the knives and trying to think if i really wanted to gift one to someone. A super helpful employee came over and helped me determine which knife was the the best one based on what I was thinking about. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was a great experience. The next time I went, it was okay, but nothing spectacular. I asked a few questions and had to wait around 10 minutes each time for the answer. I ended up just picking what i thought was good. WS is an excellent place to grab gifts and to invest in nice pieces for your own place. Also, their sales are pretty great if you want to stock up on things for future hostess gifts.

Seemingly enough, this store hasn't delighted many shoppers, but I enjoy it. Though I don't need most of what they have in here because I don't really like a ton of kitchen appliances and gadgets in my home, it's still fun to check things out. Yes, many of the items are sorely overpriced and I can find for cheaper on-line, but at least I am able to get an idea about what I'd like to try and find on-line. Every time I have been in here, it has been to look for something different. The last time I went in here, I was looking for an espresso maker. There was actually a brand rep there for a specific name that I don't remember and she gave us a lot of great insight on espresso makers. I rarely have to have something top-of-the-line and always make sure it is simple and functional. So, she definitely helped me steer clear of those types of espresso makers. There has only been a couple instances, where customer services was below average here. Most of the time, I have enjoyed my visit here. I have yet to check out one of the classes they offer. If you are looking for something specific, they may be able to help you; however, if you are just trying to come in and shop for kitchen accessories, on the fly, you may not always be able to find what you need. Regardless, have fun because this is a neat store! Sadly, I think on-line sales are causing storefronts to close down, so I'd be sad to see this one go, if and when that time comes.
