Today I called the N Mall/Siegan store to get update on my delivery, the salesman told me to "just wait" and when I asked his name he cursed me and hung up on me. I will be cancelling my order. No more shopping at Conn's. They need better customer service training. Correct name for a company....Con. I will never shop there again. I should have learned from my daughters experience.
