My company is distinguished from other RV Parks in my area because my RV Spaces are covered. I work and live 60 miles from my business. I needed another metal cover for my park. I hired this company to provide this cover. The company told me I would be notified of delivery at least two days before. I did not get notified. Instead, the crew chief called me from the site. I told the crew chief how far away I was and it would take an hour to get there. It sounded like I would have to reschedule the delivery. I had already waited a month for the building to arrive. Several days before they arrived, I had drawn orange lines on the ground for my gravel contractor to see where to put the gravel foundation. From 60 miles away I instructed the contractor to put the building on the orange lines. When I arrived the building was built and the crew leader was there with an invoice in hand. I reluctantly paid for the building knowing Metal Carport Depot would make this right. The crew did put the building up but missed a corner by a foot. Due to insurance coverage, I must attach the metal buildings and the cabin together. Now the two carports are too far apart to attach together. The carport is too far away from the building it serves for attachment. I have asked the company for instructions on how to move the building about a foot. Photo 1. This is how far off the orange paint marking they put up the building Photo 2. Had the building been put on the orange line it would have been flush with the building I will have to hire 4 men to come to the county 19 miles from town to move this building. I will say, the metal building is fine and the crew were nice, but I rate them low due to lack of communication and failure to follow instructions.

The main reason why I went to this Ross was because it was conveniently located next to the shoe store I frequent + it's in a fairly new shopping plaza. I have to say that it was pretty well-organized and I hardly had to do any kind of digging. Sections of the store seemed a bit sparse, but found most of what I needed. Their "electronics" selection had mostly headphones, speakers, phone chargers and mobile phone car docks (which I needed). Surprising enough, I found shoes (in my size) that I really liked. Since children outgrow clothing very quickly, it is very rare I buy expensive clothing for my daughter. I got her 3 different (but cute) outfits here! For the kitchen, I needed a small saucepan and most things they have at Ross are minimally damaged (or not even at all), so they are deeply discounted. Guess what? Found one that Master Chef cooks use! I was done shopping within 30 minutes, so I was happy because I truly dread spending time at a store. The customer service was great here, even when I had them double check if all magnetic tags were removed from my items. Have you ever had to remove one of those yourself? I have... not fun!!!
