Will never take my car here ever again and if you do beware they are con artists. I wish i knew prior to my accidents before bringing it here that they were benditos . I brought the car to a new shop to get my second opinion and he told me that there is absolutely no major damage causing it to be totaled. He said they were most likely trying to get my car for parts. NO WAY not tricking me not to mention the sketchy way they work they took. 3 weeks to tell me its totaled ! nope not fooling me

This was our first time here, and they are the epitome of small and mighty. They're on a tight little road, and you enter through the side door to the left. The shop is tiny, however, they do a lot with the space. We met Roger, who has such a warm demeanor. He listened to what I needed to get done, walked outside with me to look at the car, and then went over what he needed to do with my insurance. I told him I didn't have a rental and needed my car back by a specific date so I could drive into work, and they were able to get it done for me. They also kept me updated on the status, and if I called with a question, they were able to check for me without ever making me feel like I was bothering them. I also needed a little touch-up on the paint, and they took care of that too. When I got my car back, they had even done a little cleanup and maintenance on it. It looked so new! They mentioned they're planning to expand the shop soon, and I really hope they have all the success. Pricing seemed very reasonable too. They are the best, and this will definitely be my go-to shop for anything with my car. Overall Service: Roger and Cindy were super warm and friendly, and I really appreciated how they worked with me.

Once he even changed my headlight bulb for me when I had only come for gas (he kindly alerted me that my headlight was out, and luckily I already had the new bulb with me) - free of charge. Another time I stopped in to get some air in a slowly-leaking tire. They pumped up my tire on the spot, and I didn't even have to get out of the car - again, at no charge. One day I pulled in about 5 minutes after they'd closed. Noel came out to give me his regrets, but when he saw my low gas meter he very kindly opened up again for one last sale! That really saved my bacon. :) I plan my commutes home specifically to patronize this station every time I need gas. If it was closer to my home I'd never go anywhere else!

Cary and his team analyzed the damage to the car, ordered the necessary parts, and completed the work just two days after I brought my car to Accurate Auto Body. While I hope to keep my car free of bumps, dings or worse, it's good to know that I've founded a trustworthy body shop. Easy to get to Accurate from Woburn, Winchester, Lexington, Burlington, too!

Steve handles insurance companies so you have no stress of your own and he is extremely nice and personable. Steve's customer service feels like something nostalgic that doesn't exist anymore except for in his shop. He had a rental ready for me at the shop when I went to drop off my car making the process quick and seamless. The rental place he uses does not charge the customer and only charges the insurance taking some stress off the customer when insurance companies often charge after 2 weeks of having a rental. Steve stays in communication with your insurance company so you don't have to. I had $10,000 worth of damage to my car and he made it look brand new. I truly love Steve he is such a nice guy and doesn't stop until everything is absolutely perfect! He also offered to drive my car an hour and a half to get it to me since I live far away. I truly don't know anyone else like him or anyone who runs business in such a kind and thoughtful way. The first time I took my car to Steve's son Stephen it was after I had already taken my car to somewhere else and they didn't fix it. A tree had fallen on my car during a tornado and I had taken it where the insurance company wanted me to, months later my car still had a leak and the first place couldn't fix it, so then I took it to Stephen who spent a long time hosing my car down to see exactly where the leak was coming from and fixed it right away. He was able to tack it onto my first claim since it was an unresolved issue. Not many places are this helpful or kind. I cannot recommend them enough!
