First of all yes, that label art drew me in as I love cryptozoology but I also liked the fact that this was a Hibiscus flavored mead which was a flavor I don't recall in coming across from the handful of meadery experiences that I have had. It didn't let me down in the namesake department either as the Hibiscus flavor was in full effect. Very flavorful with that and a good honey aspect at work made me purchase a bottle of this mead to enjoy at home as well.

My favorite were the white cranberry & the pink moscato...I took 2 bottles home, one for a friend and another for myself! There's really not much to do around La Crosse and Onalaska so if you're near the area and enjoy some beer and wine, bookmark this place! It's worth making a little pit stop.
