The services received by both this store and the Extra Space store on Dabney Road in Richmond Virginia was beyond outstanding. They worked together and with me to get paperwork completed to complete the transaction I had requested. These two wonderful employees showed me the highest level of customer service, working together to "get the job done". Thank you both. You both deserve this praise and recognition.

Everything went smoothly. My only complaint is that it's VERY hard to open and close the sliding door to my storage cube. Even the moving guys had a hard time. I had to go back a few days later and found it very difficult myself, and a sign on the door said they'd return in an hour. It was 11:30am and I didn't have an hour to wait for someone to help me. Luckily after about 10 minutes of trying I was finally able to close it.

Pam has been a delight to work with. The physical property is easy to get around and very well maintained - better than other properties I have had storage at in the past. Its location is very convenient for me and I love the new app-based gate access. I am now a "three-peat' return customer and for Pam's customer service alone I'd recommend others come here!
