The shop's owner, Penelope, has extraordinary taste and there's always new stuff arriving. She's also very friendly and full of good ideas if you're feeling particularly indecisive about what to get for the person who has everything. I really can not recommend this place enough. We left the bowls at the register as we continued to browse the shop. When she went to pay for them the owner looked at the price and said it must be wrong. She tried to look them up but couldn't find them in her inventory and told her she better leave them and not buy them. I stood up for my niece and told the owner she should honor the price and she told me that this isn't Walmart and once again insisted we leave the bowls. I have never been treated so rudely and I guarantee we will never return to this store again. You have no customer service. Even Walmart would have treated us better

Some of the prices are so low I was wondering if she didn't need money or something. Truly.
