Bill and his staff have always been so helpful in guiding me in my purchases to ensure I get the best equipment for my needs. I am working with Bill right now to purchase a new board from them even though I live in Scottsdale, AZ now. He's been great steering me away from companies that aren't producing great stuff anymore, and introducing me to better options that I will enjoy more. He also has a major integrity issue and in my opinion taking advantage of people by forcing them to buy two sets of steel. Jay's communication is terrible and doesn't respond back. I then asked for a refund and he tried lying to me and telling me orders are 2-3 weeks out when I intitally spoke to him. I canceled the order 5 days later and he lied to me trying to tell me that he was expediting my order when I never asked and tried to charge me an 18% restocking fee for nothing. He then said he initiated a refund over $500 on 5/19/2025 and it's 06/12/2025 and I still have not received anything. I then told him to just Zelle me back the money. Jay has an excuse for everything and is not an honorable person in my opinion. I am still without any refund after he assured me it could take up to 14 days. It's well past the 14 days and still no refund. It's one excuse after another from owner Jay for steel he never shipped and I have not received. Avoid doing business with this arrogant owner at all costs. It's nonsense excuse after nonsense excuse. I strongly encourage everyone not to support this small business owner who is not honest and from my experience is a pathological liar.

The shop itself is relatively small, but still has a goodly amount of stuff in it. I'd say that if you're looking for something specific, call ahead and have them order it for you, like I did. And they'll do all the hockey basics here - sharpen your skates, sell you some tape, fix your equipment, and so on. A 3/8" hollow on my skates and a 2005 Chianti? The perfect combination.

The other rentals pricing are on par with the ski resorts pricing and this place seem to be better. They even have a policy where if you have issues with the rental-- call them and they will come to you on the mountain to adjust the equipment. Very cool! Also, they allow you to pick up a day earlier (after 3pm) but only charge for days you rent. So if you wish to rent for Friday and Saturday, you can pick it up Thursday afternoon! All rentals must be returned by 5:30PM. We rented 2 days of snowboarding boots & board with bindings. Filled out form online, checked in upon arrival with another form and paid. It was $69 for 2 days of rental. They are currently offering a mid-week deal of $21.99 for minimum of 2 days rentals (not weekends)! Employees were very friendly and helpful. Thanks!!!!
