I've experienced both very good sales and service here. They have very good employees who are…read moreusually quite friendly, and they have excellent products superior to some of those big box hardware stores that are far too ubiquitous in the United States.

If I could this zero stars I would. I pulled over just to write this review. My wife and I…read moreliterally just left this place 5 minutes ago. We are a black American couple who was interested in purchasing some heavy duty equipment. But by the looks of it, based on reading previous comments these people might not even be racist. They are just idiotic, incompetent, and negligent. My wife and I walked a portion in 30-35 degree weather, we went inside the sales center, everyone looked up and even made eye contact, however no one greeted us inside or outside. As we continued to walk through the store and figured someone would introduce themselves like most dealerships do, they continued to screw around with other things. Needless to say, no one should be buying from this place, whether you're Black American or White American, these people are as useless as a pocket on a t-shirt. And the pocket is more useful than them. We drove 45 minutes out of the way and passed several other dealerships just to come here. The wife called off work and I cancelled other ventures just to be let down. If Kubota lets these people advertise for them, they will continue to have low sales. I don't care if you sale 1 $80,000.00 tractor every quarter in a half, think about selling dozens every quarter.

Let's face it, if you own a John Deere lawnmower you know that it's a quality piece of equipment…read more Also you know that parts aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for. This dealer has a huge selection of parts and equipment but more importantly they're fair and honest especially Larry Martin. My model 115 was sputtering and spitting when I first started it so I pulled near the garage to diagnose the problem. Luckily I had already purchased a tune up kit so I changed the oil, the spark plug, the fuel filter, and the air filter. The spark plug was nasty so I figured that was it. But it still wouldn't start, so I start yanking hoses off and making sure the fuel flowed and it did so I was at a loss. I knew I needed a new gas cap and I thought the fuel pump was bad so I was going to buy one of those. When I got there I explained everything to Larry who suggested that I charge the battery. Personally I thought that was nuts as it seemed to turn over just fine. His advice was to hold off on the fuel pump until I tried that. Well lo and behold after being on a trickle charger all night it started right up and ran perfectly. Service like that is hard to come by and I'm grateful! They have my business forever...

I can't go long without the mower with multiple acres to mow weekly. No one has ever called back. I ended up diagnosing the issue, drove 45 minutes to Dutzow to buy a starter, and between AI and me, we fixed it ourselves. Doug at Dutzow is "going to look into it" after I stopped in his office on the way out. Not holding my breath......
