Then we asked if they could help us to pay our bill to be told use kiosk which doesn't work and then they told us to wait while they talk to there manager. Upon returning from said manager we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. Just to pay our bill . Manager was supposedly in a meeting. Meeting should be scheduled after business hours on company time not customers allotted time . And why does a manager need to do the bill when clearly all Representatives are trained to do so!
