Verizon's cellular service is almost never disrupted. Well, there was a recent disruption that was not a problem for either my husband or me. Their customer service is great, too! My favorite Verizon employee's name is Sally and I call her "Rockstar Sally" because she is beyond friendly and more than helpful anytime I need help with a new device, such as adding a screen protector or buying a cell phone accessory. I've used T-Mobile in the past and good grief was it weak! I had to walk to my backyard fenceline just to get a cell phone signal when at home. This was really bad! Not so with Verizon as they provide clear reliable communications nearly 100 percent of the time! Thanks, Verizon for excellent products and even better: exceptional customer service!!

If the US Army can bring back their legendary "Be All You Can Be" recruiting tagline after a thirty…read moreyear hiatus, Verizon Wireless can certainly resurrect their hyper annoying "Can You Hear Me Now" from slogan purgatory just in time to aggravate a new generation. To the bewilderment of their marketing brain trust, our phones have become so second-nature and transactional that the carrier/brand is almost irrelevant, and that's just not good enough for VZW who desperately needs you to have such a meaningful RELATIONSHIP with their technology that you are bound together forever in distracted bliss as your capacity for independent thought TikTok's away. Good luck with that. In the meantime expect an advertising deluge featuring hyperventilating mobs of happy shiny "Influencers" having an or--gasm over the magic that is Verizon. Just text me when it's over. Three "been there, done that" stars for the lack of an original idea.

Absolutely the WORST phone carrier. The service is horrible. I keep getting dropped calls and many…read moreof my family and friends cannot reach me. They receive a message stating that the person you called is not available or the phone number does not exist. I was given a ticket number, only to be told the following week that my issue was resolved. It was not; it's worse! Today, I asked the initial phone rep to speak with a supervisor. She said that their system was down. Then I asked to be transferred to someone who could actually address my concerns. I asked for her name, and she promptly disconnected me. I'm switching today! DO NOT USE T-Mobile!

Of course when you finally break free, the most important decision is your internet provider. It's the heartbeat of any sound entertainment/communications hub and shouldn't be taken lightly. With Comcast gone, I chose T-Mobile 5G Internet and so far, I've been very pleased. Since I'm not running an underground movie studio or training for the Gamer Olympics, T-Mobile has been terrific supporting our phones, computers and streaming services with only slight variation in speed and dependability... or at least no more than Comcast. The Hub took all of ten minutes to install and connect to our devices. Trust me, I don't work in IT and it's still a snap. The real advantage is financial, $50 per month with taxes, fees and equipment included versus $140+ all in for Comcast. The only question is whether the service is available in your area. Give T-Mobile a call, it only takes five minutes... unless you hate saving money. Five easy stars.
