Been with Verizon for two years and the past four months have been a massive nightmare for me! Added my wife to my plan on a great deal. Before I hung up they offered to upgrade both my iPhones. Biggest mistake I ever made! I should have just added my wife's phone and been done with it. They seriously messed up on my order to make a sale and the whole two week process to upgrade the phones and then return them after I was not satisfied with the process was a cluster f***. I cancelled everything and returned everything back. After a back and forth with them four months later, I transferred my service to another carrier and Verizon still wants me to pay for phones I don't but have receipts that includes paying a restocking fee. I lost count how many times and hours I've spent on the phone with different reps and managers claiming they cancelled the new phone contracts but then I get my monthly bill still charging me for the phones. Verizon's integrity and customer service doesn't exist and they are just out for money and to screw the customer. It's by design that Verizon's customer service system (not the people that answer the phones) is not meant to fix your problem, but screw you over. They are the best mobile carrier out there and they know it, so losing customers is not a big deal, as they get new customers everyday willing to pay and deal with issues just for excellent mobile service. I don't normally post reviews on my experiences with business or companies, as I just don't care to do it, but I will if they are really really good or they really suck bad and felt compelled to voice my displeasure with Verizon and their very poor quality customer service. I am not necessarily rating this particular store, rather The signal you get. The only reason I am reviewing under this store is that you can't rate Verizon directly. This in itself is wrong of Verizon to use their stores as scapegoats for their bad connectivity and signal. Verizon used to be the best signal... hands down, but lately they have been giving the late sprint a run for their money, I guess they figured they have customers, so why should they try and keep them. The only reason I even keep these crooks is that where I work it is required. They have always been overly expensive, the difference now is their phone service is horrible. read more

Went to Verizon to change my service due to moving out of state into a Verizon area. The person that I spoke to I asked straightforward questions as to the plans and basically that person lied to me three different times just to get a sale. Because I like to pre-pay and not get stuck with a contract so I wanted to go with a pay as you go for service plus I don't do unlimited I don't need that kind of unlimited space due to the fact that I have Wi-Fi everywhere I go. I wanted to purchase a new phone but I didn't want a Verizon phone I wanted an open phone so they suggested to go to Apple and that way I could get it financed or Apple for tax write off. So now I have to go to corporate Valencia to find out what is going on once I get there they told me that because I have a pay as you go account that I cannot be financed. I also I'm having problems with no service as soon as I get off my Wi-Fi and I leave I don't have service for 5 to 10 minutes the minute I leave any Wi-Fi area and I was told by corporate that that's because my plan is a lesser plan and I don't get the speed's and because I don't have the high-end a plan that that will continue to happen funny thing is when I came back here to Palmdale spoke to the manager Hector he said that's not true so here we go left hand does not know what the right hand is talking about basically Hector didn't really give a crap about anything I had to say when I pointed out that his representative miss guided me lied to me when I asked specific questions and he was not willing to take responsibility for that in fact I think it was Hector that actually was the person that set me up in the first place so no wonder he wasn't going to take responsibility. So more of the story stay away from Verizon I'm going back to cricket never had a problem only switch because I'm moving hopefully I don't move to a place that has Verizon only otherwise I'm going to have a problem not only did this cost me time but money because I had to take time to go and try and sort this out because again I couldn't seem to get an answer and wherever I go I get different answers so I don't know who to believe... read more

Diamond wireless in the antelope valley mall, which is a verizon representative, was a complete nightmare. I have previous work experience in this feild and could tell right away that all of the employees had no idea what they were doing and we're lying to us just to make a sale. After hours of upgrading we were told we would receive our new I phone in 3 days. It took weeks to recover the I phone and it was the wrong one! So weeks later when we finally got the right one I was there for 2 hours getting it activated. Later we realize our bills have been higher than normal. Come to find out after weeks of speaking with the fraud department because another line was added to our acct it was the sales woman who added the line on purpose just for a commission. Verizon had billed us $100+ for the extra line and shut off our phones all because of this woman and this was not the first time she had done this. Luckily this woman was fired but the hours we spent and the money we paid we will never get back all because of diamond wireless. I am writing this in hopes that no one will buy from them and to spare others from this nightmare. read more
