3/20/26. Called optimum, eventually I spoke to Mohammed in the billing department…read more He explained that the Billing cycle is from the first of the month to the end of the month. They charge people in the middle of the month, so that they are certain they get paid. That seems unscrupulous. He inquiry why after 16 years I finally decided to leave? In a thumbnail description; it was because of the terrible service, or basically lack of it, the price goes up every year, and I just got tired of it.

Also, when you try to talk to them about it they hang up the line, tell you its not their fault, and then....they hold back the transfer codes to get out of the contract until they are pressed for them to the furthest extent. I made an appointment ahead of time to drop off my Galaxy S8, with a cracked screen, and they said…read moreit might take a "couple of hours." I said okay, I said I could be reached via email since my phone was with them. I returned three and a half hours later, and apparently nothing was done to my phone. They told me the phone had moisture damage, which might be true, since it's an old phone, and they had to 'test' it. But I was pretty annoyed. Keep in mind that this phone worked just fine. They told me to come back in an hour and a half. I live 15 miles away, so yeah....a bit inconvenient. They sent me an email saying my device was ready, so I drove all the way back. They then said that the phone was not worth repairing, so they did absolutely nothing with it. They did refund my money, however. But I thought it was a huge waste of my time. They seem honest enough, but disabuse yourself of any notion that this is a "while-you-wait" kind of place. Not sure if I would use them again, hope I never have to.

I brought my Toshiba Satellite Computer after Geek Squad would not touch my computer, because they…read morebelieved it was a hard drive problem. Although I pay for Geek Squad coverage and was disappointed, I understood since Toshiba no longer makes computers why they probably didn't want to deal with it. My computer simply stopped working and would not turn on. I brought my computer in late am on a Wednesday. Received a call late pm that same Wednesday informing me it was ready for pick up. It has been a few days now and everything is working fine. Daniel and Greg were very professional and even apologetic that it would cost $75.00. Considering the computer cost, the age, and that Best Buy wouldn't even touch it, I thought it was very reasonable. Would highly recommend CPR in Wappingers Falls.

They had it in stock and there was no charge for it since I had my old one with me to exchange. Employee was helpful, pleasant, friendly . . . and even gave me back the batteries from my old remote control! Highly recommend! For some reason, my location is listed as CA. Can't figure out how to change that. I live in Poughkeepsie and this location was not too far and easy to find with good parking.

I explained this to the salesperson who stated," You should have started with that (scolding)". Then proceeded to plug in charge the phone stating that the motherboard is ok, but the screen is shot, starts looking up the model of my phone then walks to the back. I presumed he was looking for the pin needed to open my phone come back with a phone that does not make the model I have says they don't have my model then takes the other one back. Comes back grabs his laptop and states he will have to look up replacement parts and price. Just then a fed-ex driver comes in delivering a package to which he puts down the laptop to get the package and have a conversation with the driver. I unplugged my phone and left. Frist. You were rude and completely disregarded the services I requested. Second, I was NEVER asked if I wanted a new phone or to have my phone repaired. Third, I was placed on pause while you concerned yourself with another matter. THE BLANTANT DISRESPCT. Was it becasue I am a woman and you decided what I was going to with my property and monies. Or could it be that I'm a black woman and too stupid to know what I want. I had been a loyal customer since they opened but never again

It's great how I can shop at Walmart and get other helpful needs met at the same time. My children have damaged my iPhone several times, everything from the charging port, the screen and the battery. I was glad because I'm not very tech savvy and I had very important historical information on the phone that I was afraid of losing. I'm also happy the service isn't too pricy. Riz is a lifesaver :)

I said a FREE WATCH? And he replied yes, then brought out the watch and signed me up for it without asking if I agree. I noticed the first month I got charged which is normal, you get a credit the next month. Then the next month came and I was still charged, so I called AT&T and they tell me they don't know anything about this promotion and I have to go into the store. So I did and was told by Micheal that it would take awhile to figure out so just to leave and they would call me. I never received a call even after calling back to check up on progress they just said idk he's not here. It's been over a month and no word from them. So now I am stuck paying for a brand new watch I never asked for. If I could give no stars I would and I can't wait to cancel my service with AT&T.
