I went into the store to upgrade my phone when the iPhone 15 came out. They accommodated and as I was checking out I was told by the man who was helping me that I get a FREE apple watch with the iPhone 15 because they were running a promotion. I said a FREE WATCH? And he replied yes, then brought out the watch and signed me up for it without asking if I agree. I noticed the first month I got charged which is normal, you get a credit the next month. Then the next month came and I was still charged, so I called AT&T and they tell me they don't know anything about this promotion and I have to go into the store. So I did and was told by Micheal that it would take awhile to figure out so just to leave and they would call me. I never received a call even after calling back to check up on progress they just said idk he's not here. It's been over a month and no word from them. So now I am stuck paying for a brand new watch I never asked for. If I could give no stars I would and I can't wait to cancel my service with AT&T. read more

I was told this is a retail store and the employee suggested for me to go to Newburgh to fix my issues with my iPad since that store is a corporate one. I felt the employee at the Fishkill store realized I wasn't here for a sale and blew me off. He should have called corporate to help fix the issue instead of blowing me off...Since then, I was able to fix my issues over the phone while sitting in their parking lot with the regular corporate 1-800#. It just goes to show that employees do not treat their job like it's their business. As someone who has had many retail jobs and a business of my own, he should have went above and beyond instead of looking annoyed to deal with my issue. Calling the Newburgh store, calling corporate, being able to fix the issue himself...All would of been gesture of kindness that would have made me feel differently about this interaction. It's the small things that keep customers coming back when they do need to upgrade or purchase a new phone. read more

I was searching the Consumer Cellular website to try to figure out if you could block area codes or sets of matching call numbers to stop the three to four 860 area code spam calls a day. They manage to cite them as spam calls but you have to block them one at a time. While I was on their site they had links to check for updates to the base unit and cell phone. The cell phone cited an updated sim card. I thought maybe that might have built in features to help stop these 860 area codes. That ended up with a sim card and directions to their site where the very first step is to remove the existing sim card to replace it with the new sim card. They show a tool to use but there is no tool supplied. Customer Service said to use a paper clip. A paper clip does not fit. I find this bit of nonsensical help since it appears their next statement, by phone and website, is directing me to one of their stores. It makes me think it is intentional to try to cell me products and services I do not want. If I cannot find a way to replace the sim card then I think I will be better served to migrate from Consumer Cellular (soon to to become AT&T?). I only went with Consumer Cellular because it was hawked and recommended by AARP. I will leave my feedback comments there as soon and I find out where it is. read more

Yikes! Whether you are looking to upgrade or get new service, go anywhere else but here. I've never come across such rude "sales" people. Actually, I think rude is too generous a term as the young man and woman working here are just plain nasty. I've been a long time customer of AT&T and their behavior caused me to flee and I found a much better deal with Verizon. read more

Don't buy from these stores they're managed by Spring Mobile they're going to rip you off no matter what you do

AT&T is full of sh#t. I take the train to nyc. I just left Verizon. Guy in AT&T shows me a coverage map and says coverage is basically all the way to NYC. I then tell him there's a dead zone in Beacon right down the street. He shows me the map and says it's covered. Well, there's no AT&T coverage for a large section of beacon. As for the train to NYC, get used to not having service. From beacon to Peekskill there is barely any service for texts and the Internet. Once you hit Croton there's zero service. Then there's big areas in the BRONX of all places with no service. And Yonkers at the train station is hit or miss. Let me put it in simple English, They suck. The coverage is a lie!!!! Just stay away. We all hate Verizon, but their coverage is way better. read more

I went in to get my new phone today, the Galaxy S7 because my S5 was crapping out on me. I worked with Anthony, who was amazing! He was very friendly, informative, knowledgeable, helpful and personable.
