I found this location to be fast, thorough and extremely helpful Although there were quite a few people at the store, we were served almost immediately upon entering. Our sales associate really took the time to explain Verizon's new "no contract" situation and find the best possible way for my wife to get her new phone. He was extremely patient with her as she went between the phone options she was most interested in before finally picking the right one (unfortunately it was an Apple product.. Ugh). He voluntarily transfered all of the info from old to new and helped explain some basics of how to work the phone (as an android only user I was quite usless in this capacity). Overall a fantastic time experience in something that can't at times be daunting and filled with pressure. We were never forces to buy or change anything in our plan and they were even helpful enough to discuss ways to continue my unlimited data plan with a new phone without sacrificing it. Great place and I will be back when I'm ready to upgrade!

I presumed he was looking for the pin needed to open my phone come back with a phone that does not make the model I have says they don't have my model then takes the other one back. Comes back grabs his laptop and states he will have to look up replacement parts and price. Just then a fed-ex driver comes in delivering a package to which he puts down the laptop to get the package and have a conversation with the driver. I unplugged my phone and left. Frist. You were rude and completely disregarded the services I requested. Second, I was NEVER asked if I wanted a new phone or to have my phone repaired. Third, I was placed on pause while you concerned yourself with another matter. THE BLANTANT DISRESPCT. Was it becasue I am a woman and you decided what I was going to with my property and monies. It's great how I can shop at Walmart and get other helpful needs met at the same time. My children have damaged my iPhone several times, everything from the charging port, the screen and the battery. Each time Riz never hesitated to help me in any way possible. He is honest, kind and very professional. I had another iPhone that was damaged by water and he even revived that one. I was glad because I'm not very tech savvy and I had very important historical information on the phone that I was afraid of losing. I'm also happy the service isn't too pricy. Riz is a lifesaver :)

I said okay, I said I could be reached via email since my phone was with them. I returned three and a half hours later, and apparently nothing was done to my phone. They told me the phone had moisture damage, which might be true, since it's an old phone, and they had to 'test' it. But I was pretty annoyed. Keep in mind that this phone worked just fine. They told me to come back in an hour and a half. I live 15 miles away, so yeah....a bit inconvenient. They sent me an email saying my device was ready, so I drove all the way back. They then said that the phone was not worth repairing, so they did absolutely nothing with it. They did refund my money, however. But I thought it was a huge waste of my time. They seem honest enough, but disabuse yourself of any notion that this is a "while-you-wait" kind of place. Not sure if I would use them again, hope I never have to.

Although I pay for Geek Squad coverage and was disappointed, I understood since Toshiba no longer makes computers why they probably didn't want to deal with it. My computer simply stopped working and would not turn on. I brought my computer in late am on a Wednesday. Received a call late pm that same Wednesday informing me it was ready for pick up. It has been a few days now and everything is working fine. Daniel and Greg were very professional and even apologetic that it would cost $75.00. Considering the computer cost, the age, and that Best Buy wouldn't even touch it, I thought it was very reasonable. Would highly recommend CPR in Wappingers Falls.

Stop standing around in little cliques talking to each other and ignoring the customer completely. I went in with a question for the Geek Squad regarding the phone, and how and why certain apps work or don't work. The Geek Squad representative was very helpful. I went looking for something for someone else, check out was relatively painless and quick. When I got home, it wasn't quite what they were looking for. I called the store with a question regarding the return; I ended up getting corporate. Spoke to Victor, he said there should be no problem. Whenever I've heard that! There's always been a problem later on. This time he was right. The charge on the card was seen that day. Let's see if they can keep up the good work or are they going to end up like Circuit City?! Had to run into the :Poughkeepsie Best Buy to see if they could match a charging cord for my…read moregranddaughter's earlier version Ipad. Stev approached me to offer assistant and was able to find the appropriate charger. At my request I asked if he could be sure it fit and he did so without any hesitation. However, there was something blocking inside the Ipad. He immediately took it over to the Geek Squad to check it out and they found a very small piece of metal from a previous charger.
