Additionally, their staffing and customer service is abysmal. Not enough employees to help with repairs, phone calls, and long ridiculous lines thus clearly signaling a lack of respect for their customer's time. I wasted a large portion of my day trying to simply pick up a repaired device. I've been in the store twice. On this second trip (happening now) have yet to see an employee after having entered over 15 minutes ago. I'm not sure why I came back. I will look for alternatives next time for sure!

I'm thankful that these guys are in town at this location because they treat you like a human being. Unlike the one by Walmart off of Kellogg and Greenwich where they are literally sitting around doing absolutely nothing but playing on their electronics no one else in the store but they still don't have time for paying customer when they walk in. So they end up treating you like trash and chasing you out! My husband and I came there after leaving this rock location because of inventory issues and those jerks had us running away from the store after they lied and were super super super rude!
