    My family of four who have been AT&T customers for the past three years with no problems went into…read morethe Andover Kansas store on April 13, 2023 for our upgrade of our phones. The salesman's name was who helped us this day was named Jay. We were told that there would be no fees associated with our upgrades, and that our bill would stay the same other than the installment fees associated with paying for the new phones. He also talked us into 2 pairs of Apple AirPods as they were running a special for $6 a pair per month for a year added to our bill so total $12 a month added to the bill for one year. I asked for a total of what to expect on our next bill and he said it would be about $40 higher with the new equipment installments which came out to be about right around $220 a month. We received our first bill and the total was $656.53. I immediately called the Andover store to speak to Jay and was told that he no longer work there because he had been lying to multiple customers, stolen money from the store, and had stolen a phone before being fired. I was also the 4th customer just that DAY who had called in about what Jay had done to them. I have spent a total of over 7 hours on the phone with AT&T to get this sorted out. Jay lied about every single thing he told us. We were charged for every fee possible, he added 3 lines to our plan (for a total of 7), and the AirPods were not on special and were actually being added to our bill for a total of $41.67 a month instead of $12. This isn't just bad customer service. This borderlines on criminal. This salesman wasn't just a liar but a thief who also has access to my and my family's personal information. I know we weren't the only people effected and the manager made that clear. I want to hear from anyone else who recently dealt with Jay Grayson at the Andover Kansas store.

    I had an incredibly frustrating and dishonest experience with AT&T. Their employees called me four…read moretimes a day for over two weeks, constantly pushing me to switch to their wireless phone plan. Eventually, I spoke with a representative who emailed me a quote for 5 lines at $86/month. Based on that quote, I agreed and ported in all my lines. Once everything was set up, I was shocked to see that my actual bill was $246/month--nearly three times the quoted amount. I called multiple times trying to get this resolved, but AT&T refused to honor the $86 quote I had in writing. I immediately ported out as soon as I saw the $246 bill. Then I called to request a refund. An employee told me to wait 30 days until the next billing cycle and assured me that a note would be placed on my account so I could get a refund at that time. So I waited 30 days--even though all my lines were canceled, I still received a bill. When I called back after the 30 days, as instructed, they flat-out refused to refund me. AT&T used misleading sales tactics to get me to switch, failed to honor their written quote, and then strung me along for over a month only to deny a refund they had initially promised. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you're thinking of switching, beware.

Since that point we were charged random amounts on bills and got little help from customer service because they couldn't communicate between the two merging companies. We canceled our account (or thought we did) shortly after the merger. Much to our surprise, they kept sending bills, still random amounts. We tried several times by phone and at their stores to get this corrected to no avail. We even paid a few extra months thinking maybe that was for early termination. At some point, we gave up and now just have constant debt collectors after us, and since the account was in my wife's name, she has a mark on her credit, which is otherwise excellent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Bad customer service, poor billing practices, and to top it off, the coverage areas aren't even as good as Cricket.

Ive talked to several different people and they wont do anything. Tammy a SUPPOSEDLY supervisor hung up on me because she wouldn't let me talk. They talk over u, and kept saying we are number one in customer service. I was supposed to have gotten 5 different call backs and i had to contact them EVERY time. If u want rude service, go elsewhere. Ive been dealing with the SAME issue for a month now and NO ONE can give a resolution.

    Took in an I phone and had a battery replaced. Worked for three days. After getting home noticed…read moreback side of the phone had what looked like extra glue on the out side back and didn't think much of it, figured it would ware off. But the next day I noticed that the back glass of the phone was coming off. Went back to the store and after they looked at the phone was told that the battery was overcharged causing battery to swell. I didn't understand this because we didn't change a thing. Same charger and same charging line we always use. They wanted to charge me for another battery. Said we over charged the phone. Would not admit it could have been a defective battery. I did check the brick for voltage, right at 5 volts. Don't trust this place. Will not go back.

Not one of them would wait on me. I was told to wait till it was my turn. A women came in with a phone.. a clerk came out from the back to help her immediately. I was still waiting for 30 minutes.. I just had to leave the store. They can keep my repaired item, This store has no idea how to properly wait on customers . And take care of customers who are waiting patently. A customer should not have to wait to pick up an item and pay an invoice. And a walk in should not be taken over a customer seated for 3o minutes.
