I didn't know if I should leave it exposed or cut it off, one is at least 20 feet long. This was the first time I was not enthralled by CFU customer service. I asked again "so it's ok to just cut it off". He said again (do what you want it yours). I guess a wanted him to give me a (yes cuttting it off to get rid of unsightly wires is fine, they are not live wires,) His words were succinct and condescending. Oddly prior conversations were very helpful over the 60 some years as a customer. CFU must have told him not to waste his time on past CFU cable customers.
