Don't go to this store! Incompetence at a whole different level. Verizon support is just as bad.

Poor customer service, lackadaisical attitudes and zero customer appreciation are all in store for you at this location!

T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

BUYER BEWARE. This T-Mobile Authorized Retailer is run by a shady (if not incompetent) assistant…read moremanager, Nick Ellis. We came in to simply add one line to our plan and were upsold on a BOGO promotion to get a third line for free. What we were told in-store did not reflect what was on our bill, which jumped almost 2.5x what it used to be. After revisiting the store and discussing this with Nick, he assured us that we were getting the best deal for the service level we wanted, and the bill would go back down once mid-cycle charges were done. We went away, but the next month's bill rolled around still almost 2.0x the original. I went over the bill changes more thoroughly, and the rate for one line effectively doubled, plus additional charges for a second line, and a "free" third line. I don't know about you, but that is a misrepresentation of service package in my book. We got in touch with T-Mobile for Business and were told by the agent that the store that adjusted our plan had put us on the most expensive rate available for that service level. At the end of it all, TFB was able to adjust our plan down to roughly 0.85x what it used to be, and still got to keep all three lines. Nick, this is your sign to do better. Quit ripping folks off and provide an honest service. No matter what carrier this store switches to, underhanded business practices will always come to light.

If you walk into the store & deal with anyone by the name of "Kay" or "Mariano" (I don't know which…read moreis his real name because the name he gave me was Mariano but over the phone with Boost he stated his name was "Kay") I would go ahead & walk right back out because the dude is a real piece of work. This whole company is, to be honest with you. A complete JOKE. Went in to have my ACTIVE NUMBER transferred over to Boost for the so called "$50" deal with the iPhone 7. First, the guy completely messes up my phone number & makes it to where i'm unable to go anywhere else because my phone was inactive. Second, along the way, he'd told me it'd total out to be $150 (which seemed a little high to me) but by the end of it, switches on me & tells me I'm not eligible for the discount (later he finally admits to it being his fault instead of making it out like it was Straight Talks fault for releasing the number like he asked them to do) & tells me I can "buy another number" from a friend of his which makes me come to believe he does this on a regular basis. Does this dude really not know that I could've just went next door & got a brand new iPhone SE for the same price? That's rich. Third (& my personal favorite), he says since he was the one who messed he'll pay for the phone number. This jackass turns around & totaled it to be $200! Huh?! How did it go from $150 to $200?! This place really needs to reevaluate what kind of show they're running around there. Get it together dude! & Boost! Won't get no where lying your way through business just to make an extra dollar. Oh, & I tried reporting him to some sort of authority & I couldn't find a lick of nothing of any sort of information or anything thereof so if you do end up doing business with them, you're just SOL.
