    I wish I could give less than 1 star. Special warning to all…read morewho care about their phone, don't come to this Boost Mobile store at 2274 A Snellville Plaza, Main St E, Snellville, GA 30078. The funny thing about it is the manager is the one who knows the least and lies the most. I took my phone in to explore an upgrade, but was told the phone I wanted wouldn't accept my current SIM card. The manager then asked to see my phone, an while I was standing there he took the my SIM card out of my phone and tried to insert it into the other phone. He was right the SIM card wouldn't fit in the other phone. so he set my phone down and put everything back together with the new phone and re-boxed it then he put my old phone back together. I didn't notice anything wrong but when I got home later I tried to use my phone for the 1st time since leaving the store and kept getting an error message that said I had the wrong SIM card inserted. I figured the manager must have made a mistake when he took my SIM card out and must have mistakenly put back in the wrong one that was lying around on the counter. I went backup to the store, to what I figured would be a quick switch and give me back my original SIM card after seeing the obvious mistake. But when I returned and explained what had happen. the first thing the manager did was started yelling saying, I never steal your SIM card. I said, I didn't say you had stole it, but he kept yelling and then said he had never touched my phone at all. I said are you crazy what do you mean you never touched my phone, Then all of a sudden he couldn't speak English anymore and said he was calling the police because he was feeling threatened. How ridiculous I never raised my voice once, but because I was an African American male he played the I feel threatened card. So I explained the situation to the officer who pretty much agreed with me, that it makes no sense if your phone worked when you arrived but now says, wrong SIM card inserted, that something when wrong. But explained that it was a civil matter and I needed to file a complaint in small claims. So the manager of Boost mobile stole or mishandled my SIM card containing all my pictures, documents, and all personal information. I am at a total loss and pissed. When I told my friend about what happened to me, he told me he had a similar problem with this same guy and had to go to another store to get his phone number back. He said if he had known I was going there he would have warned me that would be a big mistake. Their is another Boost right down the road on hwy124 in Centerville about 10 minutes away, go there and save yourself a lot of heartache.

    The internet service itself is great - very reliable, and the guy who did my installation was…read moreawesome. The company itself is scummy. Customer service will talk you in circles for hours. They straight-up lie about their prices to new customers. They repeatedly try to put an equipment rental fee on my bill even though I supplied my own router. They'll also raise your bill every year with no justification. And forget about the "prepaid Mastercard reward." I never got mine despite calling about it numerous times. If I had any other option, I'd go with another company just to avoid giving Kinetic another dollar.

(How professional is that?) I have a house in High Springs. . I do not live there. I have a tenant with a busy job who cant take a day off to meet you at the house, therefore I need to drive 5 hours north to meet you there. We have an appointment set for April 24th, of which YOU sent me appointment options. I still receive daily texts annoying me to make an earlier appointment. Yesterday my tenant informed me that you sent me a threatening letter that I was going to be charged $30 a month because I "couldn't meet your deadline" This is BS! You better NOT charge me $30 bucks because I have been making appointments all along! Yes, and you WINDSTREAM have cancelled 3 of them. I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau as well. We have an appt set for April 24th. I have to leave work and drive 5 hours to get there. You better NOT cancel on me this time! Dana
