A few weeks back my wife and I wandered into the store looking to see what deals might be available. We have both been having lots of issues with our AT&T phones, so just thought it was worth checking. As soon as we walked in the store, we were greeted by Shawn, I think he's the store's manager. As I explained that I was interested in getting my AT&T service switched over to Verizon, Shawn helped me review the plans and relevant promotions. He even went through a total cost of ownership review that made it clear to us that I should make the switch. The crazy part was that even though Shawn was helping multiple customers at once, we were impressed by his ability to multi-task and keep us moving through the process. He even got us a credit for switching our lines and we did not even have to change our phone numbers! At the end of our visit, we ended up leaving with 2 new iphones, an apple watch, and a smile on my face because it all took less than an hour and we got a lot done. Shawn even gave us some bottled water to take to our Son as we mentioned he was thirsty. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in ANY phone store. I have been a AT&T, T-Mobile, and now a Verizon customer because this store and their staff earned my business. The fact that the manager gave me his personal phone number to get in touch with him if I had any issues went above and beyond quality customer service. We will be returning soon to get the iPad deal and add another line for my Dad's phone too. Thank You! read more

The associate that I worked with was really helpful and cool, but I was clearly told that I had 2 weeks to decide if I wanted to accept the promotion on a pixel smart watch. I came back a week later and different rep told me that promotion has closed already. I explained the situation and he called his manager, but that person said they couldn't do it. I really wanted to leave a 5 star review but now that the manager refused to follow through on a simple offer like that, I'm a bit peeved. read more

Although all signage, logos and instore displays portray this as a Verizon Store - it is not. That is not brought to you attention until after a transaction is completed. However, if you enjoy being lectured by a young 'manager', sneezed on and having your equipment handled by another clearly infectious employee and being rudely talked about once you leave then this is your dream retailer. Nothing like a company that has there own hours despite what it says on the front door. And I find it amazing that some employees are genuinely willing to help while still others in the same office treat you like your an intrusion on there day. Makes me feel so good to be doing business with acompany I have been faithful to for 15 years. Almost as good as the schmuck at the Santa Rosa mall kiosk made me feel because he thought it was more important to argue with someone on the phone instead of helping me and the other 5 people that were also waiting. Maybe Verizon should hire there people the old fashioned way, you know, person to person, face to face. Or is that to low tech. read more

Wish I could put zero stars. Signage says open at 9, person in store completely ignoring me while setting up at 9:20. When I knocked, they shook their head and wouldn't respond when I asked if it would be 5 more minutes or an hour! Unacceptable- I will not give this store any business. read more

I recently had quite the problem to solve with transferring my phone number and creating a new account. I went to the store in Petaluma and the man that greeted me gave me a phone number and sent me on my way. He said call customer service, we can't help you. So I called the number he gave me and got nowhere. I came back to this Sebastopol store and spoke with a young man who was slightly more helpful. He told me I needed to call customer service and explained how to reach a person. I did that and ended up talking to customer service on the phone for an hour. They were helpful and got my phone number transferred but couldn't help with my other problem. I came back to this store and the lady that helped me was so amazing. I explained my situation and we made a plan of attack to get everything solved. She called customer service with me while I was in the store and after quite some time they were able to get everything resolved. I ended up spending 2 hours in the store to get my problem solved. She was patient and determined to have me leave happy and with my new phone. I couldn't have asked for better service. read more

I have used this store multiple times in the past, sometimes good, sometimes not. Mat, it always helpful but not working on my last visit The young girl "manager" (Allie) condescending, unhelpful, and I will not use them again. I am an older woman, perhaps that is why. It is not really a 'verizon' store, and I was told things that did not turn out to be true. I did not enjoy being told by the young girl 'manager' that I was lying about what I had been told. I will cancel both my verizon accounts, and will NEVER enter this store again. If you do go there, I would get everything.. yes everything, in writing. read more

THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE. Yes, they are a authorized dealer but they are actually a company called "Victra" which bought out "cell depot." I did not l realize this until I already paid. I find it very misleading to have your store look exactly like a Verizon store instead of a "Victra" store. They were even wearing Verizon shirts but had Victra name tags. That alone makes me rethink my entire purchase. Every one there was very friendly and very helpful, but you are paying for that service. You are paying extra money for them to "take the the time with you." Which you don't pay if you were to go to a Verizon store. So in short: they were very helpful, very polite and had great customer service. I just don't understand why they don't do their business as Victra. I would have still used their store if they were upfront and told me "everything is the same as a Verizon store but here are the extra fees and this is what you are paying for." Also, another thing that doesn't seem right is their only 2 yelp reviews are from people that only have 1 review. The accounts seems fake. So although they are great salesman, something doesn't seem right. Just be aware. read more

I believe you should always start with something nice so let me say every time I have been in the store the staff has been very nice. However, I have never had a positive end experience there. They always tell me " we can't do that here, go somewhere else". My last phone stopped working after a day ( obviously not thier fault) but I had the insurance so I took it there. I was told the phone was badly dented ( when I went to look he whipped it away from me to show someone else who without looking said it was dented) and unless I just wanted to buy another one I was out of luck. When I asked to be shown the damage, suddenly he was to busy doing something else. Note. I took it to Santa Rosa, they found no damage and replaced it thru the insurance. They recently had a help wanted sign up and being the beginning of the holiday season I figured I might apply. When I went in and asked about it, they said they "may have found someone, sorta. we'll see. But were always looking...". The salesperson started tapping away on a table and I assumed he was pulling up an application for me or showing me how to apply. After a few moments, he looks up and says" did you want to pay your bill?) no. And I don't want to work here either. Their wares are really overpriced and if you need anything from them they just go into a pitch about how you could save money if you just change everything. Cannot recommend. read more

Things have definitely improved at the Verizon store! The people working there are kind, helpful, knowledgeable and get you in and out super quick (I go there to pay my bill). I love it! I still miss Baskin Robbins but am happy to have the option of a place like that in our little town. read more

Stopped by this store for a quick charger about a month ago. New staff from when I stopped by about a yesr or two ago. I ended up getting a new samsung phone only because they helped me with some account questions and disclosed all cost of the sale to me. I am not easy to please but things went great. read more

THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE! And because it is not a Verizon store you will pay more for everything you choose to purchase here. We are long term Verizon customers and went into this store to get new iPhones. Zack and Ali assured us that all iPhones sell for about the same price (absolutely not true) so we should just buy the newest model. Then they strongly encourage us not to buy iPhones and to try the Google phones because they were a better deal. They assured us all we would pay if we didn't like them was a $35 restocking fee for each phone. We decided to take the change and paid $418 to cover taxes and other fees understanding that we would be refunded all of that money, except the $35 restocking fee, if we changed our minds. We tried the Google phones for a few days and did not like them at all. We had also realized that all iPhones are NOT the same price and that this store was a authorized Verizon dealer, but that is NOT the same as a real Verizon store. We decided we did not want to do business with these people and took the phones back. In the initial transaction, Ali had signed us up for an accessory package that we later found out was not refundable, nor was the Victra set up fee, or the deep water insurance that she had tacked on. Out of the $418 we had paid - Zack, the manager, offered to refund of a small fraction of what we had spent. He told us that was all he could do for us. We explained to him we would never have taken the phones if Ali had properly explained all the line items that were not going to be refunded if we walked out the door with the phones. He begrudgingly refunded the set up fees, part of the accessory package, and the insurance. Zack refunded only $154 out of the $382 we had laid down and only after a nasty exchange that included him letting us know he has done us a big favor by even refunding that much. He told us "to call corporate" if we wanted to try to get any more of our money back. It took several hours on the phone to Verizon corporate and Victra corporate to get a portion of the of the rest of our money back, but we never did get a full refund. I would NEVER go back to this store or any other Victra store. If you do choose to shop at a Victra store, be aware of what your getting into because these people are not looking out for your best interest. Also, know you are paying more for fees and services you don't need. FYI: the real Verizon store is on 4th street Santa Rosa read more

I was initially impressed with service. They said the trade in value of my old phone was $200. However, when the invoice came AFTER I bought the new phone and gave them my old phone it showed a $10 credit. I contacted Verizon and they said the $200 trade in credit was only if I was adding a new line which I wasn't. So the employees can't even read trade in deals correctly. I wonder if it was an accident or if they just hope you don't follow up on making sure you get what they told you. I called Verizon to complain. They explained the new line requirement but were able to find a $550 trade in credit (because I changed plans) which the employees at this store should have found but didn't. Based on my observations and interaction with one employee during my last visit to the store, the reference to the smell of weed doesn't surprise me at all. I have reached out twice to try to talk to the Manager but have gotten no response. read more

My phone has had many problems since I purchased it. I went to this Verizon store and was helped by Representative Margaret and Manager Tam. They patiently and politely walked me through an hour and a half worth of various issues. It was a good experience and I highly recommend this store. Great staff! read more
