They are friendly and nice here, however, I would not recommend this place to someone who wants the best value for their jewelry. If you are simply pawning your items, then this is the place. They will give you less money than other places which will make your loan cheaper to redeem. But if you are selling or need more money, you should go elsewhere. Unfortunately, there are no other pawn shops in Santa Rosa. There used to be another one in Santa Rosa, but they allegedly got robbed and everyone's pawned items were stolen. Yeah, right. The owner of that rogue pawn shop gave me a settlement offer - I pay him $67 and then I don't have to pay off the rest of my $200 loan for my $5,000 ring that he stole. But I digress. read more

These guys have no knowledge about musical equipment or the fair prices of it. I brought in two Roland Cubes and they said they sell for 30 bucks and they have a little Fender over there for only 50. Well that little Fender was about 50 brand new and these Rolands are 139+ anywhere and they have way more effects and sound way better. Buuut found out my "14k" bangles are actually 10k. At the time I was buying all 14k -I thought- because I specifically asked just that. The guy with the bullring through his nose looked down and said, "yeah,yeah." I had also asked at the moment of my picking an item out to try on if it was 14k and refusing it if it wasn't. In the end the overeager and somewhat annoying bearded young man got me for 2 bracelets at 10k and approx. $523.00. Tried to return them 2 days later and received only store credit as per their policy! And that just sucks. read more
