Fui el 8 de junio y encontré un vestido muy bonito, pero la talla más pequeña era talla 1, y la bebé solo tiene 5 meses. Sabía que sería un poco grande para la bebé y estaba de acuerdo con eso, ya que no conocía ningún otro lugar que vendiera este tipo de vestido. Según la empleada, este estilo de vestido solo se vende por año, por lo que la talla 1 sería la más cercana que encontraría. Cuando me fui, le pregunté a la empleada si podría devolverlo y ella dijo que sí, siempre y cuando lo devolviera dentro de los 30 días, con todos los accesorios y sin usar. También compré un juego de bautismo que contiene una vela, una biblia y un rosario. Necesito este juego, así que no hay quejas allí. Fui a devolver el vestido porque terminé encontrando un vestido que le quedo perfecto a la bebé. La empleada que trabajaba era alguien diferente y ella afirmó que no hacen devoluciones solo intercambios. Le hice saber lo que me dijo la otro empleada y ella llamó a su gerente y la gerente dijo que no aceptan devoluciones. La gerente por teléfono también afirmó que tienen letreros que indican que solo hacen intercambios. El letrero está en una vitrina transparente al lado de la caja registradora y está hasta abajo de la vitrina, obviamente no lo había visto. La única forma de verlo es si miras hacia abajo o te dicen que está ahí. Además, el recibo dice en inglés "No hay devoluciones, solo intercambios antes de 1 mes "sin embargo, en español dice "Después de 1 meses no se aceptan devoluciones." Soy bilingüe, así que obviamente estaba confundida. Entré pensando que podía devolver el vestido, ya que eso es lo que me dijeron. No hay nada más en esa tienda que quiera o necesite, ya que fui específicamente por el vestido. El vestido era de $ 95, así que solo quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero. Pagué con tarjeta de crédito y mi banco impugnará esta compra. La gerencia en esta tienda debe asegurarse de que TODOS sus empleados conozcan sus políticas y que deban colocar su letrero de "no devoluciones" en un lugar más visible. The problem is when they finished and message us. they told us that there was Maybe five or six items out of a huge box that they were going to take. They told us it was because the others were dirty and or stained. like I said a lot of them had the original price tag on them so they weren't worn. Not to mention while shopping you can find clothes that are soaked on with dirt you don't know what they are and they are signed that for like 7 to 8 bucks. So in my opinion they just didn't want to do their job. So they decided to just take the first few items out of the box and going yeah this is enough work.

At this particular location, I noticed they had different clothes than the Petaluma location as well as different colors and patterns so I was rather interested in this location versus the downtown Petaluma Boutique. Both places were priced about the same as any other boutique so nothing too crazy but shirts were about $30 and sweaters were about $45. There are posted prices but they are the ones who ring you up and a respectful and friendly attitude will help your cause! This place isn't for people looking for specific items, but is great if you're just looking to find some deals on random stuff. About every other time I go I find designer jeans in good condition and in my size (Sevens, Hudsons, Paige, true religions, etc) and have twice found nearly complete sets of nice dishes. Found a nearly full bottle of some Bumble and Bumble product and a half full bottle of Chanel No.5 (both 100% authentic). Great for holiday decorations, CDs, movies, board games (found multiple gently used and complete games), and other knick-knack type stuff. Do not get discouraged by the people (crackheads) there to buy things to resell at the swapmeet. If you are comfortable standing your ground and doing a lot of digging, this place can turn up a lot of gems. Your best plan of attack is to go with another person for an extra set of eyes.

So I was looking for a very specific dress that several stores in the Bay Area said they stocked on their website, but did not have them in-store. WCB was the only store I found that was willing to order a 'loaner dress' from the manufacturer for a small fee so I could try it on. Additionally, Elizabeth was on top of communication and rescheduled my appointment as soon as they realized the dress got delayed in transit. I had a great experience during my appointment with Reagan. She was attentive and always made sure that the dresses I tried on were 1) within my budget and 2) could be ordered to arrive in time for alterations before my wedding date. She let our party deliberate dresses without giving input unless we asked her, which was refreshing compared to my experiences at other stores where I felt pressured by stylists who sold dresses as if they were cars. While I appreciated her dress suggestions based off the description of what I was looking for, I ultimately fell in love with the loaner dress they ordered for me (I was under no obligation to purchase it!) and because it was the perfect size already, I was able to take it home the same day too. Overall, I highly recommend Wine Country Bride. They are totally worth the drive up to Sonoma County.
