    WOW - BE WARNED - I open an account with Consumer Cellular (in spite of how stupidly offensive I…read morefound Ted Danson [who are otherwise like], and the advertising campaign they continue to run), but that aside, I did not have any real trouble with their service other than they raise the price from what I believed I was originally quoted, and when I went to change that, and ultimately decided to switch to Pure Talk (that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND) - and the thing that really annoyed and offended me and is the reason I am writing this scathing review, which I intend to post any and every place I can do to warn other consumers that even though I terminated my service on the 23rd of the month that a month later on the 23rd which was my date automatically withdrew my payment? They withdrew it again. I called back on that issue and they attempted to explain that they don't prorate things. And that they start the billing cycle and something or other and I called back again and said this makes no sense you would my money on the 23rd I canceled that day and then a month later, you withdrew it again and tried to tell me that I don't even know what their excuse was. And I said to them, really, I canceled over a month ago. You have went ahead and build me again and you're telling me that is that your policy and I even shared with them the if they were not going to satisfy me by funding the entire month of non-service to I got on top of the other week or so.I suppose that I was going to post this every place and I'm glad that you're reading this and I hope the jury will share this with other people. It's corporations like this taking advantage of us and I cannot express how happy I am that I switched to pure talk american owned making sense , better prices , even look at their spokes person Mike Rowe, spend your money with the company that actually values You!

    Very frustrating experience. Still dealing with random glitches way more often than expected where…read moreyou have no control over the screen that I paid to repair, like can't even hang up a call or barely get your phone to restart because the screen won't detect any use or tapping happening so it's basically useless until you can kill the battery or hopefully get it to snap out of whatever faultiness it is going through. Even getting the repair done was misleading and annoying. The repair shop employee or owner was not true to his word on when it would be done, blaming the parts that were received and taking no responsibility in ordering the wrong parts. Very bad communication! I called him multiple times from my dad's phone and e-mailed, as he was supposed to keep me updated via either source and never did and only called back very late in the day like right before closing. Had me come to pick up the phone only to tell me once I arrived that he had just opened the parts received and realized he couldn't do anything. He said I would have to come back, but to try to be a big sport and make up for the inconvenience he said he would throw in a plastic screen cover. Once he was actually able to get my screen repaired, & came back begrudgingly to pick it up, he said the wrong phone screen cover arrived, again taking zero responsibility and not seeing how ridiculous he sounded. He told me I could return once again to get that once he re-ordered - had nothing in Stock. I declined, as I would never want to return to this establishment ever again! Still receiving random and kinda frequent issues with my screen functioning normally makes it all the more maddening that I put up with this process in the first place. Should've bought a new phone! Save your money for that & skip the nonsense in doing business with "I-Fix-A-Phone" because they barely do!
