We left Sprint now T-mobile, 3 weeks ago…read more I went to this location and found excellent customer service. We got new Samsung S22 phones at this Verizon location with Jessica - she was AWESOME! She handled us with white glove service. Make note, that many folks appear to be leaving her competitors for the same reason we were leaving. I am super happy to have made this change. In fact, we left after 17 years with Sprint due to the terrible service during the T-Mobile conversion. A local Venice FL T-Mobile location and a location in Vancouver WA were terrible. In fact, I was deceived by T-mobile in Vancouver WA whose sales team told me that I had to get new phones, plus I got a letter from T-Mobile in November 2021 stating same, supposedly because they were not handling the Samsung products any longer - so while on vacation we got converted to a new, cheap phone - a One Plus phone, it was supposedly free due to the changes! I found out that these are the cheapest Samsung products on the market. Plus the T-Mobile sales team made us give them our other really fantastic Samsung phones. This was the worst conversion of a merger ever. We are happy to be with Verizon now.

The employees are changing plans without the plan manager's approval. Verizon Fraud dept. has been alerted to the activity at this store. Michael and Keean are two employees that are taking advantage of old people in the area when they come in for service. They are stealing incentive money from Verizon by setting up deactivated phones. They are committing fraud by charging an existing account for the new plan on the reactivated phone. DO NOT turn in a phone to this store. DO NOT use this store. BTW, where is my $130. for trading in the 14 plus for a 17 ?

Walked in and three salespeople were working with customers, with two customers waiting. I went to…read morejust look at the iPhones where another salesperson was working with a customer. I stood behind her for a moment, as they were blocking the whole display. She turned and looked at me as she was finishing her sale but pushing a screen protector on the customer who had said he didn't want it. She never bothered to address me (like a greeting or something) or even move slightly so I could look at the phones on the display. This is almost average junk service anywhere you go now, sadly. I left within five minutes. I won't be back. I'll probably just order online. These storefronts are a waste of company money.

Two young women working there in a totally empty store -- no greeting, unprofessional, incorrect grammar. They couldn't have appeared less interested in me or my business. Didn't show us phones or explain differences just asked what I was interested in. Only tried to get me to change my phone plan stating that I had an old holdover plan from Sprint. Apparently wasn't interested in selling me a $1,000 phone. Asked what another plan could possibly do for me as we have 3 lines, 3 phones and unlimited service. She responded nothing, just better promotions when you want to upgrade. Walked out and purchased on-line.
