So, I called AT&T Rewards Center to issue me a new card and they told me that they will not reissue me another card since it was my fault to not use the card. I have been an AT&T customer since 2007 and this is ridiculous from AT&T to make a loyal older customer upset about just $100 and AT&T will lose a loyal customer starting today for sure. I will make sure to post this same negative review about AT&T on all social media platforms so that others are also aware of how RIDICULOUS AT&T's customer service is.

I purchased the TV through Amazon so the install process was through them, but I think the subcontract the Dish network people. They were also timely and wore little booties!
