UPDATE~ needed to return to this store. People were waiting more than 2hrs for help, and some of…read morethe staff couldn't even help! My husband went in, and they said, oh, we can't help with that, AND THEY SOLD US the home phone thing... omg, I wonder if verizon knows, how bad that 3rd party store is?? came home replugged it all in, and thank God it worked, but it's insane we would have been without a home phone, because they have no clue! ************************** Went in to find out why verizon won't let me sign in to the website and a few other things. The guy was friendly and repeated many times that it was his pleasure to help us. I thought it was due to our tech stuff being very old, but with everything new and updated, it's made no difference in speed or anything other than the home phone works now, new box. He said he had the same box, brand new, back in 'the safe'. We paid $80 for it, for the old version. He tried to sell us other things, initially we said yes to the netflix etc. package, but ended up changing our minds. He knew we didn't want it, yet he never removed it. He did have me figure out the verizon app, which I was able to get in to. On the way home I deleted the netflix package... it never worked, the charge went thru to the bill. He never told us our bill would be an extra $105/ due to line start ups ( a total verizon rip off) then go back to just a little more per month. He was very interruptive, and just not a good listener, so very frustrating to work with. He never told us that how to send back the old internet box, and he never told us it would cost us $25/mo.until we do send it back. HE NEVER EVER dealt with why I can't sign in to the verizon website. I was on chat last night with verizon for 1 1/2 hrs settling out all the problems this guy created for us. Enrique was fabulous! Enrique is sending me the label to send back the box (he said I could drop it at the store REALLY? WHY DIDN'T THE SALES GUY TELL US THAT?, BUT I don't want to go back there, ever) He cancelled and refunded the netflix package. He explained all the charges and which ones would go away. He apologized over and over for the bad experience we had. BUT I STILL can't sign in to my verizon website ... anyway, FIND ANOTHER VERIZON STORE, Highlands is incompetent.

Verizon, Triadelphia, WV. Rude, ask for TOTAL price, and end of almost transaction, more $$$…read moreadded on. Would have needed different adapter, $20, but buy 3 products get 40 % off. So pay more more, for 2 things you don't need to save 40 %. No savings there. Amazon sells on adapter for $14, 2 adapters for $20. Wheres the savings at Verizon. Girl acted like a mother, leave store without screen protector, also, cheaper on Amazon. If you don't have new crisp money to pay bill in machine, they accuse you of counterfeit money. A man handle the help of payment. Store doesn't have money marker to check. Was accused several times of being counterfeit, with wasn't. Wondering why a person can't take your money, maybe Verizon doesn't trust their employees, can't tell real money. Lost sale....looking for new carrier thats honest and not rude or talks down to people.

This review is for the Liberty Ave location in Bloomfield…read more It's currently July 2025 and in December 2024, I dropped off an old pixel 6 of mine because the battery expanded in my hot car. I was told they'd look at it and let me know next steps. I was told I'd need to leave a deposit and I'd hear back. I received a call the next day, wherein a voicemail was left letting me know they'd have to order a battery and it'd arrive in 5-7 days. I never heard back. A few weeks later, I called for an update and was told that they couldn't find my phone but could see the work order and that they'd call me back. No one called me back. I called a month later and was told the same thing and that I'd get a call back. Nope. No call. Oh, by the way, when I "paid a deposit", I was actually signed up for a subscription for Asurion Home that I wasn't made aware of. I cancelled it, but not before I was charged. I visited the store today, as it's clear no one cared to call me back. The manager let me know they likely recycled it after 3 months. He said someone would have called to let me know. Spoiler: no one called me. I, however, did call at the 3 month mark and no one said a word to me outside of letting me know they'd have to keep searching and would call me back. And even though someone said they could see my work order when I called, today I was told there was no work order. I really don't know what to think. Was it deleted to cover tracks when they couldn't find my phone? Did one of them steal my phone and delete the work order? I mean, wtf is happening? From my perspective on the outside, I have to assume the employees either have a min amount of people they need to subscribe to Asurion Home, or there is some sort of credit they receive (it looks like I'm not the only one this has happened to) and the person who I spoke with did so without telling me. Regarding my phone, the manager says it was probably recycled after 3 months and that he couldn't help me. He said to call corporate (which I just did. They asked for the work order#, but that was apparently misplaced along with my phone). His recycled-at-3-months argument is nonsense as well, as my phone went missing after a few weeks. I needed the data on the phone and planned to do a data transfer (per the employee), so I didn't need the phone. It was a phone that wasn't in use. But now the data is gone, along with my phone. This really blows for me. I'm pretty upset and I feel like I won't be helped. So yeah, don't go here unless you're interested in a surprise subscription to Asurion Home and being out the cost of a phone.

One month in repair at Cranberry Township store and they will not provide documentation to prove they even ordered the battery from Dell and a tracking number to show it was lost. "Against corporate policy to do so." Take your electronics elsewhere! This company uses sham tactics!!!!!! Spoke to Corporate at Asurion and believe it or not they offered me a $25 check to settle this $200 issue!!!!! Told them they could do BETTER. Said I could have just picked up my computer and sent it to Dell myself to settle but how the hell do you do that if you have no proof of Ubreakifix's order for replacement battery under warranty and a tracking number to prove it was lost in shipment??!!! All which "corporate" says is not permitted under their "policy" worse yet they try to upsell me on an Asurion maintenance plan!!!!! No on your life! RUN DONT WALK!

Do not buy service or products from this company!!! AT&T as a whole is a horrible company to do…read morebusiness with. This store in particular has poor customer service as well. The whole issue started when my wife accidentally dropped her phone which resulted in a cracked screen. The rest of the phone was fine and seemed like an easy fix. We called AT&T customer service so see about getting it fixed. This was not the first time a screen has been cracked and other times this was not a problem in terms of getting it fixed. We bought insurance for just this reason in fact. After spending what seems like an eternity on the phone with AT&T customer service and their 3rd party insurance provider for iPhones, my wife and I decided a face to face interaction would be more appropriate. To make a long story short, even though we have insurance and have never been late making a payment (model customers if I might say so myself) we were told that because of where we lived, a technician could not fix our phone. It would cost about $250 to get a new phone and that was all that could be done. All we need is to have the screen fixed. So the choice was either have a cracked screen or pay 250 for a new phone.... Here comes the review: walked into the store. Two sales reps on the floor helping ONE customer. Told that we would be helped shortly. No only did we have enough time to watch the end of MIB but got pretty well into the sequel and nobody helped us. Finally we got up and left with no-one even acknowledging us when leaving. I think we are pretty much done with this company. Horrendous customer service and I'm turning them into the FCC and better business bureau.

Great service! Best store in the Valley! Friendly knowledge staff that goes above and beyond.read more
