They also helped me turn on the TV and get it completely set up. I was really thankful because now I can instantly watch my TV and don't have to worry about anything- they did it all for me. I purchased the TV through Amazon so the install process was through them, but I think the subcontract the Dish network people. They were also timely and wore little booties! After all said and done my total fees with photos and everything was only $350 and I used that information in court and won the case. I highly recommend Tarbuck's if you need private investigation, as for me it was a blessing to save the added expense and end up winning the case on the information he got. I don't even think my lawyer would have done such a tremendous job. I had routine maintenance on my 2 year old Carrier furnace and afterward, it would not work. This became a two month headache of failed attempts to diagnose the problem, freezing cold nights trying to sleep, an expensive bill for all of the unproductive service calls and mostly a deep impression of indifference on the part of the company. Perhaps they are so big now that a residential customer is unimportant. Their claim of 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed was no part of our experience. Aside from one individual who attempted to help us, management has been silent and indifferent. This company feels just like every other company these days who has outgrown their need to listen to and help a customer. I will pay our expensive bill that took two months to generate before a solution was found and even then it is not conclusive that the AC will work in the spring. Please if you are looking for a heating and cooling company, consider this experience of ours. Sadly this company does not focus on customer service as they once did, we are extremely disappointed.
