Then I'm told it would be 15 minutes but after 35 minutes I still wasn't being helped and my baby was screaming and the girl checking people in decided to tell me... well we can't say how much time it will take.. then why did you tell me a time twice already???? And why wouldn't you take care of the people that can quickly get out of the way especially when all you're doing is sitting there checking people in with an iPad???? I will never go back there and if I can find another provider I'll be switching! Since when did a freaking cable store become another DMV??

However, the warranty on that equipment doesn't last long and then they want more money to fix anything that breaks. Then, as soon as that 5 years was up, they jack up your rate with no notice. I called in back then to ask if there was any way tog et the old rate back and they agreed to lower it. The lady was super smooth - told me I just had sign some paperwork for the discount and here it was another 5 year contract. Unlike some others I see on here, I did actually notice and told her I was not interested to sign a contract - that I was just go with a cheaper company. She then heavily implied that this was just a formality and she just needed the paperwork for her files to get the discount through. It was COVID and I was tired and dumb and believed her. Now of course my 10 year old equipment is completely non-functional and we no longer even need the system in our new place and we are getting charged a fee to cancel. Any company that relies on early termination fees to keep their customers STAY AWAY. Go with Simplisafe. You'd honestly be better off putting the equipment on credit than taking free equipment from these people.

You can basically give them an idea of what you're trying to do or accomplish and they will see to it that your expectations are met, if not exceeded. I went here to buy a PC on a serious budget (less than 200.00$) and Tim made sure that not only what he was selling me was gonna be capable of doing what I needed it for, but he also allowed me to try the product before making a commitment to it. He additionally threw in each and every component, wire, etc. that I could possibly need. (Most places would see you whatever they see laying around, and if any issues or problems arise, you can bet you'll be shelling out more money in order to resolve them.) In conclusion, I used to be upset that the only place in the area to buy PC's and accessories was Walmart, in hindsight I'm happy there are no Circuit City's, Best BUY's, or Staples in the area. Now an honest, reputable business like this one can thrive and do something those conglomerates wouldn't be caught dead doing, going the extra mile for their customers and ensuring that your wants and needs are accommodated to the best of their ability. There's a reason he's basically the only PC shop in the area, this guy REALLY knows what he's doing, From PC's to server I.T work to exceptional customer service and everything in between, this place has got you covered.
