My experience at Verizon was 5/9/24 went very smoothly to switch over to their plan. Albie G. was the verizon tech/manger of 14yrs, that was assistant me and my partner at the time. Bought a pair of earbuds, right hand side won't hold charge, on top of that they sold me the floor model. Went back of course there's no return, so they were supposed to order me a brand new pair, that was weeks ago, now Christmas and still waiting. read more

i wouldn't have given 1 star but this is my second bad experience at this verizon location . the employees are nice but not helpful at all. went here to upgrade my phone and they couldn't even do it for me in store. i don't understand what the problem is because i went to verizon at cherry hill last week and upgraded another phone there. in the end, they sent me home to do it online or call customer service read more

I had an excellent experience here... or so I thought. I went to this store after my husband passed. He was listed on the family account as primary and I had to return his brand new phone for a credit and switch the account from his name to my name. The manager was very nice and so was the girl I dealt with however I could tell she had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She had to keep going over to the manager to ask questions. After about an hour and a half she finally informs me that everything has been taken care of and I will see the change on the next billing cycle. The next billing cycle comes and I receive the bill and am shocked that it's still in my late husbands name. I'm even more shocked when I see the bill is for $888.00. Apparently she screwed it up so bad and it was showing I never returned the phone. I called up and spoke to a nice man from their customer service and he had it straightened out for me in 10 minutes. I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem that I am with Verizon and their offer of up to $650.00 per line to switch. I made the switch on January 16th. My account has been in good standing since this date. I have sent all needed information 3 times because they can't seem to read emails and 2 1/2 months later still waiting on my rebate. I've talked to 2 supervisors and numerous coworkers who just want to give you the standard line that "their processing you info Ma'am " Just wonder who at Verizon actually cares about their customers and their experiences! I stopped in the store today and didn't feel welcomed at all. My Razr doesn't seem to be charging properly and the sales-rep came across as very rude. She said there was corrosion in the power port. I simply asked how, when I haven't dropped it into water? Her reply, it may come from being in your pocket and moisture from you. Really? Very unprofessional. I've been a Verizon customer for years, and have been coming to this location for almost 2 years. T-mobile is right next door, and is usually empty. Verizon is usually pretty crowded. That's probably a good sign, but unfortunately that often means a bit of a wait. They staff are friendly and knowledgable. We recently got new phones, and they have a staff member there throughout the week who will sit down with you one on one to show you features on your new phone. read more

Be prepared to wait. This is a common problem at this location. Some of the employees are helpful, but not many.

I feel verizon was more concern selling a over price phone and a case. If u want a good deal go next door to t mobile.

First day iPhone5s comes out and AT&T, my provider, is sold out at every store, pff. My friend calls this Verizon store, which I was sure was going to be sold out also...BUT NO!!! So now we wait forever and a day for her name to be called. But at least this place has someone walking around taking reservations. I had to wait almost a half-hour for someone to even look at me at my local AT&T store in Bensalem...only to tell me they're sold out. read more
