The owner needs to check on the managers running the store. I went in today looking to upgrade and asked a simple question about whether the store was retail or corporate. (The Verizon in Rancho told me not to go to retail because they charge different prices.) I told Tali--or whatever her name was--and she went from 0 to 100 real quick. She said it was unprofessional for a corporate store to talk badly about them, yet she was cussing up a storm and clearly upset. She got so mad that she went to the back and left us hanging outside the waiting area. I don't know what kind of beef they have with corporate stores, but that lady needs some customer service training because she made us feel very uncomfortable after she got mad. read more

Worst Verizon store I ever went to. The moment you are done buying from the store they wouldn't care if you'll need anything after. I was supposed to do a trade-in of an old phone but it went to a point that they wouldn't accept it and will end up with no promotional credit. They kept telling me to go to a corporate store but unfortunately, they were unable to help because this store didn't process the trade-in. So much of my time wasted doing back and forth to their store from different corporate store because of their mistake. Best recommendation, don't ever go to this store and save your time and self from frustration. read more

Victra store in Ontario Mills California lied to me about offering a credit for accessories I purchased. I spoke with Verizon customer service and they stated no such offer exists. I called the store where I purchased the accessories and they acknowledged the special promotion and transferred me to Verizon customer service who again has no documentation for the credit. I called Verzion for the 3rd time and was placed on hold while they checked for 10 minutes and they eventually hung up on me! read more

BE AWARE: This place steals your information. The same day that I came to this location for an upgrade, my Apple ID password was changed. Credit card information was stolen and used. I keep getting suspicious log in attempts from different devices and emails regarding apps being downloaded using my Apple ID. The guy that helped me is named Lester. This guy was so sus and I had a bad feeling about him. He also flat out lied about the plan changes and costs. All together worst experience ever. I filed a police report and am going to file a complaint with corporate. It's disgusting that someone would do this and violate my privacy and steal information in that way. read more

I upgraded my Apple Watch from the verizon app and choose for a pickup option at Ontario mills verizon store. I've been a Verizon customer for at least 20 years and never had this experience. . I didn't think i would have a problem until I got to the store on 7.4.23 about 12-1pm. Guy named larry ask how he could help. I told him i was in to pick up Apple Watch ultra that I ordered from Verizon. Firs t thing he says."honestly I don't trust or recommend the website" I don't have watch's that are free for pick up. I have watches that are pre ordered. I replied that's what I did, I preordered. He says let me go see. He didn't ask for my phone number or order number or name. I offered to give him my phone number to look to see if he had my watch and he didn't take it. He says he has to go check the "vault" but it was unlikely he had my watch. He returned and said no, I replied you didn't even ask for my name or number. He says all he could do is cancel my order and redo it and it would arrive in 2 days. Meaning I would have to return in 2 days. I didn't have the time for that, that's why I choose to pick up when I placed the order. Because I caught on to what he was trying to do, I simply told them I would cancel order for pick up at Ontario mills verizon store and have it shipped to my home instead. What verizon store talks badly about own website? What verizon store doesn't take phone number to look up account? Then the only way is to cancel and re order through them. That is bad Buisness. read more

I would have never gone to this store had I know it is a 3rd party retailer, not a real Verizon store. Classic shady sales people who lie for commission. The sales guy told us my husband qualified for a free phone, no changes to our plan and all we had to pay was for the phone taxes and the activation fee. Not only did they charge a service fee for setting up the phone, which they never did, and the phone was not free, a fee for the device has been added to our monthly payment as well until the phone is paid off, they never gave me a receipt for the purchase and they over sold us the phone for almost $200 more than the retail price. They also got me in a contract with Verizon for 3 years. I have tried calling their store but of course no one ever answers and their customer service email is a joke, they never replied back to any of my emails, they are probably too busy scamming customers. Im going to have to escalate this to Verizon Headquarteres now. Do yourself a favor and go to a real Verizon store for your any phones or plan purchases. These people are liars. read more

The upgrading of my iPhone at the Verizon at Ontario Mills was the easiest process I have experienced when it came to getting a new phone. I initially went in and the sales rep Iyanna gave me all the options I had and ordered the phone of my choice. When I returned, Carlos, got me set up in very little time. Service was friendly, informative and professional! read more

The service at this store from the rep today was so bad, from the start! I asked some questions about a phone I was supposed to trade in and he just said "I don't know." He looked up my number and nothing came up and said, "have you even been here." Yes, I was just here about 2 weeks ago. His tone was not friendly at all. Said he works in real state, so I'm sure he's not used to providing customer service. He could not answer any of my questions and just said, "well I didn't help you last time" and "I'm not in your account, so I can't see." The other rep was able to go into my account and help, but this guy didn't seem to even want to assist. I wouldn't even leave a one-star. His level of service was so unprofessional and very negative. read more

Really bad service and experience. From customer service, to delivering information and helping us get our transaction finished. Bought 2 brand new iPhone 12 Pros. The sales rep said I will get a $200 rebate if I call the Verizon store later and turn in the phone, that was wrong. The rebate is $25! Not even worth turning in an old iPhone. Also, made us believe we needed to buy a new charger because the new plugs won't fit. Didn't need that, old chargers work fine. Overall terrible staff, false and immoral sales ethics. Will never ever go to this place again. The female manager and sales staff on Sunday 4/18/21 around 4-6pm were the worst! Shouldn't even be working with customers. read more

I went in a few days ago , wanted to upgrade my phone and see about switching a phone number over to a different device . I was helped by Carlos who was awesome and so helpful, with the best and funniest customer service .. Karinna also was amazing and such a help, i walked out a happy costumer because of them both! The reason for my 3 star is because of how incredibly uncomfortable the temperature was in the store . It was way too warm and being in there for an hour maybe longer i was sweating just standing there , they explained that their air conditioning has yet to be worked on and needs to be fixed. I believe Verizon should be on top of this issue not only for their employees but customers as well, especially with Summer coming soon! read more

Don't waste your time coming here, this is a third party Verizon store. I came here to pick up my two new upgraded iPhones after ordering them online. After waiting a hour in line i was told i couldn't pick up my order because the phones were already sold and programmed for someone else, mind you both phones had never been opened and still sealed in box. I was told to cancel my order wait for my refund and try to order through another store. I call customer service and they tell me 90% of the third party stores will cancel your order because they are trying to sell the phone in their store SMH Don't go to third party Verizon stores. Verizon is fortunate for Matt because I was thinking of cancelling Verizon for cell phone service just like I did their cable lol (even after 15 years). Glad I walked into this location and didn't get the typical aggressive sales pitches, I was in no mood to deal. Got hooked up with 2 Google Pixel 3's and it's the first time I left a store without feeling hungry!! Matt was straight to the point, didn't bs me. I usually do my own research and then I'll ask questions I already know the answer to... just 'cause, haha. I have my reasons. He was really knowledgeable and personable. He knew what he was talking about. I would recommend his service to others and make him point of contact because he's a solution seeker and quick on his feet. Ask for Matt, apparently others didn't fare well on Yelp lol. read more

Wish I had realized this was not a real Verizon store. I just wanted to buy new phones, but we ended up spending hours in the store. As the interaction went on, the associates kept adding extra items and saying they were included. I was too tired to realize that I was being scammed. It was only later than I realized we were being charged for all of those accessories. When I found out that the "complimentary" tablet came with a two year contract, I had to contact corporate Verizon to fix the situation. Unless you want to spend extra time and money, avoid this store at all costs. read more

Did a trade in promo of $800 back in Nov 2021 and was told I would receive my credit within 2-3 biling cycles. Feb 2022 nothing. I called several times and spoke with supervisor Carlos and could not do anything over the phone. So me and my husband went back into the store with all the proof. Dont know what associates Iyanna did to my credit but atleast she got her commission. I don't remember the supervisor I spoke with when i went back in to the store but took all my information and said he was going to send it up to hire management to get my credit, but that it was going to take another 2-3 billing cycles. It is now May and nothing again. I have called Victra Corporate and filed a complaint and was suppose to receive a call within 48-72 hrs. NOTHING AGAIN!!!! At this point I have filed a complaint with BBB to see if they can help me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!! They stole my phone and can't get it back. I was greeted outside the store by Roger. I am always adamant about purchasing from Authorized Retailers because I've been sold refurbished phones from one and it was a horrible experience. Ever since, my first question walking into a store is, "are you an authorized agent?" It's been that way for me for 15 years. I came in today to turn in my trade-in phone. I purchased my new phone last week but needed to take home my old one to download all my files/photos onto my laptop. When I initially purchase my phone the lady was super nice and helpful, unfortunately I don't remember her name. Today I was helped by Cassie. After printing out my label and taking out the SIM card, she told me she needed to find a box. She came back out and told me, sorry I can't ship it back for you since I only have big boxes. I explained to her what the previous agent had told me, and she said no we only do it for you at the point of sale. I don't know who is correct, but Cassie was very unhelpful and short with me. She told me there's a UPS across the street I should go to. She was also too preoccupied with the person she was on the phone with on her earpiece. I could hear her telling them to hold on because she was with a customer. Why not just hang up and focus on the job you're paid to do? read more

Save your money and your time. Go to a real Verizon store. This store ripped us off and charge us for things but did not explain anything. I asked if there was a fee to transfer the photos after he offered without saying there was a fee. I was told there is an upgrade charge. He then charges me $19.99 for the transfer and $29.99 which I have no idea what this charge is for. I was then charge an additional $30 from Verizon. This is making me second guess staying with Verizon. Also it took almost an hour to complete the process. DO NOT SHOP here or you will get screwed. Look at their ratings if you have any questions. read more

I would have rated this as 0 if I could but 1 is the minimum. I stepped into this store to do a phone upgrade. I was being sold on a care package which the sales rep intentionally made it sound like I had to buy it. My sister asked if the $100 was a service fee for the store and he said yes. After repeatedly asking to explain what the $100 fee was, he finally explained this was optional. I did not get the plan but what got frustrating is that the rep was very knowledgeable when it came to sell me services but when I asked for details, he suddenly became speech impaired. Not to make fun of the Disease but this person was extremely frustrating. Long story, I finalize the paperwork, get home and noticed 2 things: 1. Phone protection plan added to my line without my consent. I'm hoping this is ilegal but I'll have to do more research. 2. My Verizon plan was changed from an older plan which basically gave me the same benefits of the Verizon beyondUnlimited but cheaper, to a worse plan (now called Verizon goUnlimited). Luckily I was able to remove both of these free of charge by calling Verizon's main customer service line. My first advise is to not use this store, buy them at Best Buy or apple, or another authorized dealer that has more profesional reps. This is the first time in my life I've had issue after buying a phone. The worst part is that I was probably the easiest sell of the day, I knew the phone I wanted and my paperwork would have taken a very short time(which it did once he gave up Trying to sell me stuff I didn't want) If you have to use this store (again I don't recommend it) make sure you don't agree anything you're not familiar with. And make sure that you look in the Verizon webpage, any plan or service they're offering (use your phone not their computer). Before you agree to anything. read more
