Many channels we can't even watch because the sound goes out every few words. Plus they are so expensive. NEVER had trouble with Time Warner plus it was half the price. Update-Service finally improved and we have not had to reboot for a couple of months nor has the sound gone out. Plus we negotiated to lower our monthly bill although we had to agree to a contract to accomplish this. We cancelled our cable and only have internet now.

When they did, they found out it was not the phone at all but a "backend problem" with their system. So I have not had a phone for 6 DAYS because of their own problem after they wasted TWO HOURS of my time. I am DONE with WOW! and will be terminating our contract as soon as it is possible to do so. I would NEVER do business with these people again.
