Verizon set my appointment to pick up an activated SIM card for son's phone and return two plug in n go boxes that came to my home. She was very uninterested and walked away from several times. A few times while she was on the phone with Verizon. The agent was speaking to her, she literally walked away. I told the agent that she stepped away. She even took another customer before she was finished with me. I even told her I felt invisible. The agent advised her to make sure the SIM card was activated. I had to wait until November 3rd 2025. I waited. I was on the phone with Verizon activation for 4 hours. We couldn't get the SIM to activate. Finally, the agent said she did not activate. While on the phone I got a message that I had a package. It was the SIM that was supposed to arrive Saturday but that SIM card in and it worked. Ariah was very unprofessional.

Unfortunately, a few days later we get a call from Spectrum Construction Support to let us know that they can't provide service to us due to an easement issue. They said they would have someone call us, but no one did. A day later we received an order cancellation email. Now we need to find an alternate TV and internet service provider. However, the problem continued. Xfinity reported outside maintenance on August 8th, and after calling again on August 23rd, another tech came on the 24th. More outside maintenance was scheduled for August 28th. Despite this, I had to call again on August 30th--and then my service was cut off on September 8th, 9th, and 10th for "non-payment," even though Xfinity confirmed the issue was an area-wide problem. Even though my service was intermittent for the entire month of August, they still required full payment. The issue is still ongoing, and I requested a manager callback for updates but never received one. Overall, the service has been unreliable, the communication poor, and customer support unhelpful in resolving what they acknowledged as a system issue.

Not only is it slow, but it has constant packet loss and latency issues. IMPOSSIBLE to run a VOIP phone over their connection. One time they had an outage for 10 days. After we demanded to be released from our contract, they would not let us out and tried to say the outage was our fault. Their VP of Sales is rude and unprofessional. Their billing / accounting staff routinely fail to register our payments and charge "finance fees" due to their own incompetence.
