I spent $139 to have my phone screen…read morerepaired, and within two months, the screen began malfunctioning randomly ending calls and sending messages on its own. When I returned for a repair, the staff initially denied any record of the service and even accused me of lying. After showing proof of payment through my bank statements, I was told the screen "wasn't theirs" but they'd replace it anyway. The technician also warned me that if the screen failed again, they wouldn't replace it again--despite the original employee assuring me their screens came with a warranty. I accurately described the original employee who sold me the screen, and was told he was "on vacation," offering no further resolution. After the second repair, the replacement screen started blacking out shortly after. At that point, I refused to return. To make matters worse, I was also charged $25 for a phone case that has already started to discolor within days. Poor product quality, poor customer service, and no accountability. I would strongly advise against getting your phone repaired at this location.

Due to the fact the screen replacement was not flushed to the device frame, I completely shatters within in 2 months of the last time I repaired a screen with them, this is WITH THE SCREEN PROTECTOR. I was charged over $300, the product was not worth that amount. DO NOT GO HERE. I even asked them when I picked up my phone if they use the same screens as apple and if they were apple certified, they said yes which was not true considering apple has strong materials that make up the phone. My device even had an error saying it was not an apple part and was not installed correctly. With that said, save your money, go to apple or learn to do it yourself.

Not quite. Upon pickup, I'm suddenly told the quote was wrong. That they itemized the incorrect parts and now the repair magically costs $300 more. So now I'm being asked to resubmit a brand-new quote to insurance and "hope" they cover the difference. Hope?! Let's be clear: I didn't misquote anything. I didn't select the wrong parts. I didn't create the invoice. That was 100% on them. Yet somehow, I'm the one expected to jump through hoops and clean it up. I even contacted corporate thinking they'd step in... but nope. Same response: everyone missed it, please work it out with the insurance company. Meanwhile, my phone is still being held hostage, I've lost a full week of time, and I'm stuck managing a mistake that wasn't mine. At this point, I'm picking up my phone and taking my business elsewhere. This was frustrating, time-consuming, and avoidable with better attention to detail and customer care.
