The first representative I spoke with verified my account and forwarded me to someone who could end the service. This second representative picked up, said hello, and disconnected the call when she heard I wanted to end service. I called back. A third representative verified my account and forwarded me to a fourth representative who picked up, said he was in Nashville, and disconnected as soon as I said I wanted to end service. Not only is it slow, but it has constant packet loss and latency issues. IMPOSSIBLE to run a VOIP phone over their connection. One time they had an outage for 10 days. After we demanded to be released from our contract, they would not let us out and tried to say the outage was our fault. Their VP of Sales is rude and unprofessional. Their billing / accounting staff routinely fail to register our payments and charge "finance fees" due to their own incompetence.
