    Do not come here! This place scams people! We came in a couple months ago to look at new phones. To make a long story short, we were told that there was a buy 1 get 1 free offer for new customers. I chose a samsung and my wife got an iPhone. The salesman, Joey, did a break down of discounts and explained the BOGO offer and everything. The entire reason we decided to join was because the price was pretty close to our current bill with our old provider. Fast forward to 1 month later. I get the bill and realize none of the discounts were implemented and the BOGO wasn't applied. So we go back to this store to try to find out what's wrong. First off, this store doesn't even open when it says it would be. Website and store says they open at 10am on saturdays. We waited until 1030 and then left. We came back at 1130 they still weren't open. Then when I called later the afternoon and asked why they weren't open on time, the salesman told me I am wrong and they were open at 10. Once I got to the store, the salesman was severely unprofessional. Then laughed at me when i told him about the BOGO deal because that wasn't real. And said that even if it was real, it wouldn't work because i got a samsung and my wife got an iphone. When I asked about "Joey" and why would he lie to me, all he said was that Joey doesn't work here anymore. I asked for a manager to explain to me how this was even allowed, all he said was the 1 manager will be in the office on tuesday at some random hours and to figure it out with her. So i asked for the managers number (later i realized it was just the store's office number). I work weekdays but the manager only comes in on weekdays. So until now i have been unable to get a hold of the "manager". In summary, this place is a scam. I am locked in with 2 new phones i was not planning to have because I was lied to by a salesman who conveniently doesn't work there anymore. The other salesman is flat out rude and the management is non existent. Verizon itself is a great service provider but this place is not Verizon, they are just an authorized retailer, so all they care about it making sales, no matter how unethical it may be.

    I'm currently sitting outside in my car since I got kicked out of Verizon, trying to receive the phone I ordered. I see on the door that they are out to lunch. I got here at 430 pm & the sign says they are returning at 540. I couldn't help but think if employees here got longer than an hr lunch, 20 minutes BEFORE CLOSING. The picture I included says open at 540 and they close at 6. I'm still scratching my head. I see a woman inside so I enter since it was unlocked. She said, "Excuse me, I am on my lunch so you have to leave. Didn't you see the sign?" EXTREMELY RUDE. I asked if she was the only one working and she replied with yes. I'm flabbergasted by her attitude and for kicking me out! I hope management sees the lack of professionalism and organization here at this site.

It's more on how it was said, very quickly brushed me off and when i said i wanted i to remove my apple watch. He said call the number on the app. and walked away. I did not appreciate the treatment, especially since i've been a loyal member. My intentions were to STAY with tmobile. unfortunately had to make a decision to switch over. A few months down the line i decided to switch and now im stuck in a position where t-mobile has my current line on transfer protection. Which can be easily turned off by calling the help line or going in person. Both just tell you to do the other, i did that so many times. Even a supervisor at the support line said to go in and gave me specific instructions. Which i have already done twice. The people at this location brushed me off immediately the moment they found out i switched over and refused to help me.

Instead of assisting, two employees immediately told me they 'can't do anything in-store' and to call customer service. This was incorrect -- the issue can absolutely be handled at a retail store by any trained representative. I went to the location at Plaza Bonita mall and they took the necessary five minutes to correct that. It was very clear they simply didn't want to assist and wanted to avoid doing any work despite being idle. T-Mobile as a company has great customer service, but THIS store does the bare minimum. If you need real help, save your time and go to a different location.

    Disengaged staff, escalating behavior, and zero accountability…read moreI recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile, hoping for a better customer service experience. Unfortunately, my very first in-store visit was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional interactions I have ever had with a business. I was directed by T-Mobile's phone support to visit this store to activate my SIM card. The visit the day before had already cost me unnecessary time. I was incorrectly told to go back to AT&T to fix an issue with my mom's phone, only to learn from AT&T that the problem had already been resolved. When I returned to this T-Mobile location, the issue was confirmed as non-existent. Two wasted trips. From the moment the associate supposedly named David began helping me, his demeanor was disengaged and dismissive. Rather than working toward a solution, he repeatedly deflected, telling me to call AT&T despite me having just come from there. When I calmly expressed that I was frustrated at being given the runaround as a brand new customer, his response was to tell me to "calm down" and to deflect responsibility by pointing out that he wasn't the associate who had helped me the day before, as if that somehow meant my frustration wasn't valid or wasn't his problem to address. That is not how customer service works. When you represent a brand, you represent the entire experience a customer has had, not just your individual shift. What followed was genuinely shocking. He walked to the back of the store and refused to continue helping me. When I followed up to ask for a manager, he slammed a door in my face. He then returned to the floor and began mumbling in a way that felt deliberately antagonizing. A second associate abandoned her own customer to insert herself into the situation, and a third used outright profanity. Not one of the three would provide their names when asked. What concerned me most was that all three associates demonstrated a complete lack of the basic customer service skills needed to handle a frustrated customer. Rather than de-escalating the situation, each one of them escalated it further. They fed into the tension instead of diffusing it, and behaved in ways that were deeply unprofessional. And what baffles me is that all of this happened on the sales floor, in front of other customers. That alone speaks volumes about the culture at this location. I want to be transparent: I was frustrated and I raised my voice. I can own that. But I was not aggressive. I was a new customer who had been sent on two unnecessary trips and was finally asking for someone to simply help me. Expressing that frustration is not the same as being out of line, and no level of customer frustration justifies a door being slammed, profanity, or a flat-out refusal to help. The manager who eventually came out, only after I specifically asked, was the only person in that store who actually had the skills the job requires. He was calm, professional, and de-escalated the situation almost immediately. And here is what is truly baffling: he was able to resolve the issue quickly and without any trouble, the very same issue the associates had claimed they couldn't help me with. That tells me the problem was never a technical one. It was a willingness one. I left AT&T because of poor service. I did not expect to be greeted by something worse on day one with T-Mobile. I hope corporate takes this seriously.

    This store gets pretty crowded on Saturdays. When I arrived at 6:15p, there was a super long line…read moreand I was 4th in that line. Many customers were being helped. The young man and lady working here are bilingual in Spanish and English, which was very helpful for the majority if customers here today. The wait was about 20mins (OMG) and I was exhausted after a long day of activities. I waited patiently because I needed to handle some business with my account. They did only have 2 customer service agents today. Overall, the customer service was good and they were trying to spend good time with each customer to make sure that all of their questions were answered. This is a good location.
