I asked for the fastest plan they had 5,000 Mb, and it was still less money than what I was paying Starlink. We do have a large Family of 6, IT working from home, streaming on multiple TVs, with two teenage boys video gaming and still will never use the bandwidth. BEST PART was working with Megan, was such a sweetheart; quick installation, I knew my price down to the penny and whole team at Pure MI WiFi have been great, so glad to work with someone local. The installer cut the old cable and left a 100 ft section of cable across my yard. After a week of waiting for exfinity to finish the job I called. I was told the cable would be buried "right away" and a "ticket was completed. As of February 2017 The cable is still across by yard and secondary driveway. I called xfinity back and was told by a rep the cable would not be addressed until April. I cannot wait to cancel this service again Dish has much better service.

Called customer service and they explained it to me so I went back and got a router. Then I couldn't activate it myself and have a job so I had to wait a couple days to have a technician come out. All that said, I've dealt with other WiFi etc. carriers both with my family and on my own and can say the customer service at spectrum in Big Rapids is pretty good and as of now the WiFi is sufficient and working well. Activation may require a tech person to come out but going into this that's what I thought had to happen anyway so I was not flustered when the activation employee explained that to me (she was also very nice which helped). For new independent persons, don't forget to add a router to your order but other than that I'd say given their promotion prices and customer service, spectrum is a good way to go.
